“I can’t say enough about how great this experience was. Rachel is such a wonderful dog care person! I was nervous using rover for the first time but Rachel promptly set up a meet and greet and tolerated me flooding her with care instructions for our beloved Herbie! She showed up early for each visit and spent extra time with Herbie after, going above and beyond, and communicating how well things were going with lots of pictures. I will definitely try to book Rachel if we need a sitter. Outstanding!”

About: I've been taking care of my household pets since I was about 10 years old. I love animals of all types, and I am especially partial to big dogs. Currently my schedule is very open. I do theatre in the evening, but I can be up and taking care of pets as early as is necessary. I live in an apartment that has plenty of space for all types of pets. The complex includes a dog park and enough space to give pets plenty of exercise.

About: I have plenty of experience working at animal adoption shelters and taking care of even the most difficult or needy animals. I can administer medications as needed (oral or IV) and will be happy to meet any needs your pet or you may have for my check-ins. I work full time at the university as a graduate research student studying cardiac muscle biology but am happy to stop by and check on your pets on my way to and from campus! I have tons of experience ranging from chronically sick pets to those who are more comfortable just being fed and left alone. I am happy to give your pets all the attention they need to be happy while you're out-of-town and can work with even the most dependent or needy animals.

She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was properly cared for. Bully accidentally ran out of her food and Gabi happily bought her food as well. She always sent pictures and there was lots of communication about the visits and walks. She also took amazing care of our home. I would recommend Gabi and Walter to anyone who wants complete peace of mind while on vacation. I will only use Gabi in the future if we need a dog sitter.”
