“Josephine was great with Attila. And…he took to Josephine right away. Josephine was calm with the intro and interacted with him throughout the walk. We look forward to many more walks together.”

About: I have hands-on experience fostering rescue dogs for the past two years—especially puppies. I’ve helped rehabilitate malnourished, abandoned dogs and guided them into loving forever homes. My own dog is a foster fail I nursed back to health at just 2 months old after she was found on the street. Since then, I’ve fostered an entire litter of five puppies, all of whom were successfully adopted. I specialize in caring for young dogs and have a deep understanding of their needs—whether it’s feeding, socializing, crate training, or just giving them the love and patience they deserve. That said, I truly adore dogs of all ages and personalities. I’m currently studying from home, so your dog will never be left alone, and I live near two fully fenced parks for safe, fun playtime. Since I’m studying from home, I have the flexibility and time to give dogs my full attention throughout the day. My own dog has set a great routine for me—morning walks, playtime in the nearby fenced parks, feeding, training moments, and lots of cuddles in between. I love staying active and making sure dogs are both mentally and physically stimulated. Whether it’s short potty breaks, long sniffy walks, or just hanging out together while I study, caring for dogs blends seamlessly into my day. In my home, pets have a cozy and safe environment to relax and play. I have a crate available for those who are crate-trained or need a quiet space to rest, along with plenty of toys to keep them entertained. I also have access to two fully fenced parks just a short walk away, perfect for playtime and exercise, plus a fenced front porch for fresh air and people-watching in a safe spot. I keep a clean, calm space and follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that means meal schedules, medications, or snuggle time. Your dog will be treated like one of my own!
“Allison was sooo good and sweet to my baby! 10/10 recommend. She sent me photos and videos of him and spent time with him when she didn’t have to. Thank you and you are officially a repeat in my books! Thank you!!!”

I am able to take jobs at least week in advance. I make sure all pets are safe and do not get hurt. I will take pet to ER if need be. I have dealt with ER appointments. I will make sure they are well fed and have fun. I understand cat behaviors and will make sure your cats are comfortable with me around and give them the space they need.
“Logan was super professional and kind. I really appreciated his patience with my shy girl. I never worried about Penelope knowing she was in great hands. I loved all the updates and pics!”

“Maggie was absolutely amazing! If I could give her 6 stars I would. From the moment we met her we could tell how caring she was and how much she loves animals. She was so good with our little chihuahua and was amazing about sending updates with photos and videos. We are so thankful we found Maggie and hope to work with her again in the future. If you are looking for someone to take good care of your fur baby, look no further! Maggie is hands down the best!❤️”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a dog in my care. I have had many years of experience watching and taking care of mine and others dogs. I have watched my family’s and close friends dogs many times throughout the years. I have dog sitted and had multiple doggy sleepovers up to a month before. I have watched dogs as small as Chihuahuas all the way up to German Shepherds. There is no task I can’t handle! (: I can’t wait to meet your baby and becoming their new friend! I am currently unemployed but looking to make pet care my full time job. I have more than enough time available for dog care. I spend most my time with my own dogs and or family members and friends. I have a great back yard where dogs can run around and feel safe. I am pretty minimal when it comes to furniture but do have plenty of room for dogs to lay around. Dogs are free to roam as they please and can freely go outside. I wash all couch covers twice a week, sweep & vacuum everyday, and mop as needed. I am very big on keeping poop picked up and making sure things are regularly cleaned up, like toys or trash that might be out. Bathroom doors stay closed and cleaning supplies are locked up.
“Azul loves Rachel she walks at her pace and Rachel is very responsible. Azul seems happy when she comes back home and when Rachel comes to pick her up for her walk Azul is very happy.”

“Larry did a great job with Ellie. He was attentive to her needs and communicated along the way. I’m excited to have Larry as my new walker and seems to be a great fit. I would recommend Larry for anyone needing a dog walker for their fur child.”

About: With years of diverse pet care experience, I know how much trust and routine matter — and of course, a good tail wag or purr, too. I’ve been caring for pets like they’re family since I was young, and I always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I’ll also make sure your home stays just the way you left it — plants watered, things tidy, and pets happy. I’m flexible with days and hours. I’m currently a college student, however I only have class a couple times a week. We can work something out! With a calm, caring approach, I keep pets comfy, routines intact, and homes secure. Some things I find important are feeding, walking, playtime, plant watering, and cleaning — I care for your pets and your home like they’re my own while you’re away!
About: Wonderland Dog Resort and Spa is a Doggy Vacation Destination! (Find our NEW page on Facebook) We LOVE dogs in this home! All breeds, all sizes, all ages and ESPECIALLY senior dogs! I have been training, walking, grooming, feeding, and otherwise raising four-legged babies for 32 years. I've cared for many types of dogs with different abilities and special care needs including Duke, a senior golden retriever with severe allergies, a hernia, arthritis, and bone cancer- an energetic 175lb. Yellow lab named Kato, who had search and rescue training best used to deroot small trees during fetch, and to locate his favorite tug-rope for endless hours of training reinforcement, known to him only as "playtime", -a frail teddybear rescue named Chug, with debilitating anxiety and canine behavioral disorder, requiring medication- and Xeno, a husky variety, who requires constant exercise and attention, to name a few. Good pet care comes from recognizing each animal as an individual with needs and then meeting those needs. There is no such thing as a bad dog. Only humans whom don't understand animal cues and how to effectively communicate with them. My goal is to build a relationship with each pet and their families to not only offer needed boarding and walking services, but to support their personal or medical needs and training journey as well. In my home we focus on learning through fun and positive reinforcement for good behavior. Dogs can expect treats for following commands, defecating or urinating outside, and for a reward after bathing or grooming, with owner consent. Dogs requiring medication are welcome, and again will be given a treat for taking meds, with owner consent. Treats are always provided free of charge and you are welcome to supply your own if your dog has dietary restrictions. What to expect: All visiting dogs who are ambulatory are walked a minimum every 2-3 hours and offered playtime in our shaded grass yard for 30-45 minutes at a time 2-3 times a day, unless it is unsafe to do so due to weather. When visiting you, I strive to closely follow your itinerary when provided, or provide well rounded care without instruction through walks, playtime with toys, obedience training, and affection. When not out enjoying activites, visiting dogs will be in an air-conditioned home with access to dog-beds and toys, and unless requested, are not discouraged from going on furniture. There will be other dogs present, since we have 2 very friendly registered service dogs of our own. If we come to you we do not bring our dogs unless requested to do so. Dogs will interact and train with our child to encourage behavioral and training growth in a distracting atmosphere. All dogs will have a safe environment and compassionate care while their humans are away. We will love your fur-babies like they are our own loved ones, every single time, no matter the challenges they face. Dogs dietary and medical needs are my top priority. All feeding and medication schedules will be followed with the strictest adherence. Visiting dogs not on dietary restrictions have unregulated access to food and water while boarding, unless requested otherwise. In home feedings will be as scheduled by client but water will always be checked/changed/filled. Positive reinforcement is our method. We have 2 registered service dogs of our own and will happily assist your training journey. Dogs will be rewarded with treats, unless otherwise requested, any time they go potty outside, follow commands, take meds, bathe, or otherwise complete a task appropriately. All dogs have access to toys, beds, and a crate during boarding. When at my home, leashes are required outdoors, except when we visit the dog park. When visiting your home my goal is to make that visit the highlight of your dogs life! I strive to play with all pets in my care. If your dogs do not take interest in toys, as has been my experience that not all do, that time is spent with cuddles, belly rubs, and command response training, in addition to the scheduled walk or potty break. I make sure the pet feels quality time was spent with them by someone who came just to see them and values their importance in the family. When at my home, dogs are allowed to move freely throughout the house. We have laminate floors that are easy on allergies and make accidents easy to clean up. We keep our home quite cool, with central air, which is great for northern breeds, and we offer plenty of warm soft places to curl up, otherwise. Your pets will be treated like a member of our family. We love animals and want them to have the happiest day of their lives whether they visit us or we come to them. Bathing services offered for non-aggressive pups. Wonderland Dog Resort is in operation 24 hours a day, over 350 days of the year, offering both holiday and extended stay care and is my full-time career, as the owner and operator. Mommy and daddy know best! We follow all itineraries provided and are extremely diligent about following medication regimens, dietary restrictions, and other special needs. We specialize in (but are not limited to) Special Needs dogs. The safety of our pups is our number one concern! We also work with them on command response training to help ensure future safety after they leave. Pet patents recieve photo and video updates an the end of every day. Dogs can expect lots of pets, treats, fetch, tug, gentle brushings, walks, car rides, snuggles, trips to the dog park, and lots of socialization! All dogs are kept on slip-resistant leashes at all times, when not at the dog park. We go out for potties every 1.5-2 hours, walk every 4 hours, and go to the dog park nightly. Dogs socialize under close supervision and are trained on proper socialization. Wonderland is set-up for comfort. Dogs are allowed on furniture and most are able to sleep in our bed with us or are welcome to chose from the large selection of crates, beds, pillows, and blankets. Dog toys are rotated every few days to keep playtime interesting. We keep pups engaged and active and provide companionship to timid and anxious dogs, who may be less playful or experiencing their first time away from home.
About: I have a little one (chiweenie, 5 years) and take care of my mom's two (shitzu, mix terrier) when she goes out of town. Chalupa hangs with her cousins during the day and enjoys my mom's home. I enjoy walking, playing, feeding, and caring for dogs (teeth brush/brush/shower/etc.). Would love to go above and beyond for you and yours while you are out of town or need some extra help. I am currently a post-graduate student who is looking for additional opportunities to get ahead on loans. I go to the gym and park in my free time, usually 3-4 hours a day. I can transport large or small dogs if desired; I have a hatchback SUV, two small boxes for dogs to sit leashed in the car, or can have small dog on my lap while I drive - something I often do with Chalupa. I would prefer not to leave the house in a vehicle unless the dog park is a part of your routine and you have a crate I can transport larger dogs in. I am new to the service and if you are reading this you would be my first client. I would follow your instructions and might bother you with a question or two. I would send you photo updates and text check in 1x a day in the morning. More if desired, I don't want to bother you on your vacation.

About: I’ve dog sat for my family for extended periods of time (3 weeks to over a month at a time), watching multiple dogs of varying sizes. I also have experience watching friends dogs, including a senior dog who needs around the clock care. I’m currently unemployed, which means I have plenty of availability and can make watching your precious babies my main priority. Any day and time works for me, just as long as it doesn’t conflict with any appointments or other responsibilities that I may have. Afternoons and evenings are preferred, but I can make mornings work, too! I can take your dog/dogs out as much as needed when I’m dog sitting, as well as administering medications, crating them at certain times, and keeping them separated while eating if necessary. I will have plenty of time to dedicate to walking them, loving on them, and playing with them. Or if they prefer their space, that’s not a problem at all.

“Amanda was great. She was able to accommodate us after a last minute request and took great care of our pup. She was communicative and went above and beyond just the basic walking if our dog, she checked water, etc... All things that a great walker does. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.”
“Steve took great care of my wild 80lb puppy. He was nice enough to come over for a meet n greet first which immediately put our mind at ease. He was awesome at following instructions and the picture updates were amazing. Thank Steve!!”

About: I've had all sorts of pets my entire life, but almost always at least one dog. I spent years volunteering at a pet store in high school. I also have a degree in Biology, focusing on animal behavior and wildlife science. I spent a great year after college volunteering at a dog rescue. I have a very flexible work-from-home job. I have one set meeting everyday, but am almost always available to step out and take care of anything that I need to. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door. I have two dogs with very different personalities; one is happy and playful, the other is older and just likes to relax. They've made me good at meeting different pets' needs. I always try to make them feel happy, safe, and loved!
“LauraAnne was our regular dog walker and dog sitter for nearly a year, and took great care of our dog when we're our of town. She did an amazing job, and our dog absolutely loves her. She's responsible, responsive and could always rely on her.”

About: I've had animals all my life, they've been a constant joy. I've worked with animals in a professional setting, as an assistant to a Professional Dog Trainer. While working with a Dog Trainer, I've interacted with many different types of animals (even their temperaments at times) such as different dog breeds and sizes, as well as cats. For dogs being trained, as well as those being boarded, I was responsible for feedings, any medications that needed to be administered, crating and uncrating dogs for bathroom breaks, cleaning of all outside kennels and inside crates, I also bathed and groomed dogs before they returned home. Other than dogs and cats, I'm also experienced in working with reptiles, rabbits, fish, etc. I am very careful and respectful to all animals and their environments and schedules. I've also done overnight house and dog sitting for friends and family. Outside of my resume, I truly love animals and enjoy meeting new furry friends. With that said, I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! I also work part-time, as well as from home, & will be able to give your pups all the exercise they need. Sometimes I will be in & out of your home, as I have other clients, but will always make sure your animals are taken care of regardless of my schedule. I will follow all procedures you give me. I am also very careful when entering & exiting your home to prevent any escapes. When I let your dogs out into the yard, they are always watched & never left alone.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Broadway-Northeast
Steve stepped in quickly when I suddenly needed surgery and time to recover. My dog waited anxiously by the door for four weeks because she knew she was in for an adventure every day, in the neighborhood or a local park. I really appreciated Steve's flexibility and extra assistance while I recovered.

Albamaria has been walking and watching our dogs for us as needed going on three years now. This most recent booking was last minute due to a family loss and she accepted within minutes. She is reliable when booked, she offers top tier communication and our dogs love her.

Maggie has been amazing. We were in a desperate situation to find a walker for my mom’s dog, Goldie, when my mom got sick. Maggie was able to jump right in and get started right away. She is great with Goldie. Always on time, very reliable, posts lots of pictures and goes above and beyond, by feeding Goldie when she finishes her walk each morning. Maggie has been an amazing resource for us.
Alora is reliable, sensitive, and communicative. She's super tuned into Cooper when walking him. Example: she let me know he had been limping briefly during their walk, though he discharged the pebble or whatever had been bothering his paw. I really appreciate that level of sensitivity and communication!
