About: I’ve always been around animals, and my family has owned several pets since I was around 12; everything from german shepherds to frogs and fishes. I’ve helped train, care for, and love all of our animals. I know what it takes to discipline, but also care for pets, while creating an environment that your animal is comfortable in. My outside experience mostly includes dog sitting for friends and neighbors, though I do not discriminate when it comes to any 4-legged furry friend! I currently work part-time nights and am in nursing school. This allows me to have most weekends off, a couple of days off during the week, and most nights. Creating safety and trust with animals is always key. With new animals, I’m always sure to let them sniff me out and feel the vibes before we move along with anything else. I am able to supply treats, leashes, or garbage backs if needed when walking dogs.

About: I have grown up with and taken care of dogs and other animals my entire life. I have experience with service dogs, having had one for myself for 10 years. I also have experience with blind dogs as my mom currently has a blind yellow lab that we adopted when he was 8 weeks old. I also have experience caring for diabetic dogs and am comfortable administering meds and insulin injections. I am a full time athletic trainer at a high school so I don’t go into work until around 2:30pm so I am available for drop ins and play dates all morning and especially during the lunch hour. About: Lifetime pet owners of cats and dogs alike, Maeve and Jason have shared decades of pet-sitting duties for friends and family and all that entails from crate training to medication administration. We have flexible schedules, reliable transportation with dog seatbelts, a large wrap around fully fenced-in yard, and several forested acres with private nature trails to share with your best friend. Maeve is a WFH graphic designer and Jason is a self-employed carpenter living with our two sweet velcro cavalier king charles spaniels — Cricket & Disco. We have very flexible schedules with lots of love and attention to spare. We can easily break away for walks and drop-ins. We live across from Eagle Lake with a large wraparound fully fenced-in yard overlooking 15 private forested acres with trails for leashed nature walks. We have oodles of experience walking, camping, hiking, swimming, and playing with dogs in all environments and elements. Crates and gates are available if your best friend needs their space, but everybody is allowed to make themselves at home. We have lots of cozy nooks and beds. We work to ensure smooth introductions.
 Our home is very dog-friendly but to that end, kept very clean. We do tick checks and our girls are always up to date with their vaccinations and preventative meds. JIC, we have reliable transportation and are not far from Michiana Veterinary Hospital. We are also able to drive to your preferred vet.

About: I have always had a passion for animals, and I have owned and been around dogs and cats all my life. Growing up, I didn’t watch princess movies. I watched Dr. Dolittle and Babe. I love animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small and large animals, including some livestock experience. I spent several years in 4-H Poultry, Animal Science, Dog Obedience, and Veterinary Medicine. I spent over a year volunteering at the Humane Society, helped out at every vet clinic that allowed me, and spent nearly two years working for a dog breeder, where I helped whelp puppies, cleaned kennels, trained puppies, bathed and groomed dogs, went on vet visits, and helped stage puppies for pictures each week. I have worked at several doggy daycare and boarding facilities where my main jobs were to maintain a calm, stress-free environment so that boarders felt loved while their owners were away, and to supervise group play so the dogs could get their energy out while still interacting safely with me and their friends. I love the unconditional joy that animals can bring and it’s so important that our fur babies stay safe and happy! I have an older rescue lab who is friendly with everyone he meets. I also have two young children at home so it’s important to ask me my availability with as much notice as possible. I enjoy spending time getting to know each of your animals personally and will give them the very best quality of care. I started pet sitting for my neighbors under the supervision of my parents when I was 9 but it became my full-time business in 2018. You can expect my full and undivided attention to be on what’s most important to you and your pets. When I’m with your animals, I treat them as if they were my own. I’ve had experience raising 3 of my own puppies over the years, as well as caring for several senior dogs and pets with special needs. About: I’ve always been asked to take care of animals by friends and family. I’ve always been asked to pet sit due to my love for animals and my ability to love them as my own. I’m currently working part time and am taking college classes online at Western Governors University! I enjoy the flexibility of pet sitting and how well it works with my schedule and how I also get to build bonds with animals! Fenced in yard with two cats. About: I am a senior at 65 years old who is available for different time frames to assist you with your pet care needs, dependable, responsible. I can do visitations for your Dogs n Cats, no overnight stays or in house sitting. Thank You~! Currently, at home I take care of my 2 adults cats and one kitten now 10 mths old. Spoiled, very well loved, and cared for. I was a prior dog owner over 65 years of 3 dogs who lived long healthy lives. My cats are indoors, they have a rolling pet crate/pen used outside at times when weather permits. I live rural so its not safe for them to be indoor/outdoor cats. I had dogs all of my life and 3 dogs who were my babies for very long time. A lab for 16 years. A bassador for 13 years. And as a child 4 different dogs. All were well cared for even when having to move to an apartment after a divorce my dogs were often sent to doggie day care and also we visited pet parks as frequently as possible.

About: I've lived around dogs for most my life, with a range of sizes and needs. From small Pugs who snore the night away to Great Danes who think they are still a puppy. Have a high energy pupper who needs someone to keep up no worries. Currently I work part time until August 19th when I go back to the classroom. But until that time I'm mostly available all week long. I'm mostly looking at doing walks and check ins at this time as I have a number of home projects that would make boarding difficult.

About: I’ve taken care of my two Labs ever since I was 6 years old, (i’m 21 now) and have been dog sitting and cat sitting the past four summers!! Also I have worked in a vet clinic the past four years as well. I have the special skill of administering medication! I’m currently working part time at the vet clinic in the afternoons and it’s only 2-4 days a week usually. I can dog walk or pet sit in my free time during the day and on weekends. Possibly for a week or so. I unfortunately cannot watch them in my own home due to not having a good yard for them because it has a pool and not much area to run around. And also my dads allergies. I would have to watch them in your home.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs and cats since my sophomore year in high school! I’ve never had an issue with a pet and love being able to help :) I’m currently on my summer break so I would like my availability to be Monday- Friday and I can make exceptions on weekends for emergencies :) I have a fenced in yard but prefer to care for your pet in the comfort of your own home as I think that makes meeting and interacting with your pet much easier and comfortable!

However, If your home is close enough to my work I can always do a drop in during my lunch break to check on your pet and let them out to potty and play. I always try to stick to the closest routine your pet is used to as possible to help reduce any stress and anxiety that your pet may experience while you are away.
