“Kristin has done pet sitting for me. She is kind, trustworthy and very dependable. My fur baby loves her and is so excited to she her when she stops by. She has no problems with any size dog. My present English Mastiff puppy is 125 lbs. but my mastiff before this one was 205 and Kristin did just fine! I would certainly recommend her to other fur baby parents! ”

2. Meira D.
About: Hi!! My name is Meira and I absolutely love animals with my whole heart. I currently own 1 dog and 1 cat. I have grown up around all animals and worked at a dog boarding facility. Either staying over night, working with them, or stopping by to feed them and give them potty breaks! I’ve worked with all types of dogs. Big, small, puppy, senior, and special needs. I am happy to help take special care for your pet. I understand bringing a stranger around your pet can seem scary, but I will do anything in my nature to provide all the love and safety for you and your furr baby! I am in school every other day from 9:50am-1:45pm, but the days I do not have school I am free all day! I’m also free on weekends most of the time! I have a built in ground leash in my backyard. I do not have a huge sized yard because my dog is only 5 pounds. She is a barker to anyone, but is a sweetheart once you give her a little pet or play! My cat will leave everyone alone and will not bother. If your animal needs any special care or treatment I am happy to help. I love to interact with pets as much as possible, so giving lots of love and affection is my top priority!

3. Victoria A.

“Victoria was so attentive to my puppy and provided a BUNCH of pictures and updates. I was very nervous leaving my puppy with someone new for the first time, but Victoria was understanding and made it as smooth as possible. Jasper was in a great mood and slept really well that night after we got home. Will definitely be rebooking with her for regular walks.”

Brandi's experience allows her to understand each dog's unique personality and cater to their specific needs with care and attention. She treats every dog as if they were her own, always ensuring they receive the utmost love and care they deserve. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to go above and beyond for your furry friend—keeping them happy, safe, and well cared for—Brandi is the perfect choice.”

“I have known Rachel for about twenty-five years and in that time I have never known her to be anything but a loving, responsible, pet owner. If she were local she'd be the first I'd call if my hypothetical pet needed sitting while I was out of town on hypothetical business and/or hypothetical vacation.”

16. Carla M.
About: Hi there!! I love both dogs and cats, and look forward to taking care of them. I've had many pets growing up. Habló Español también. As of right now I am available and flexible on time as school is out. I have been trying to find a second job, and would much rather prefer this to be my 2nd job as I enjoy going on runs with my dog and hanging out with my furbabies (I also have 2 cats). Why not make money while having fun and meeting new furbabies? I live near downtown Elkhart (heading towards Bristol). I live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood where there is plenty of space to walk, run, and enjoy a large field of grass (if allowed to be off leash).

17. Colleen L.
“I’ve never met a person who cares about dogs and their livelihood more than Colleen. She treats her client’s dogs as if they were her own and I would never trust anyone else to walk or watch over my dog other than her. 11/10 would definitely recommend her! She really is the best of the best!”

18. Nanette W.
“Our dogs get so excited to see Nanette W. coming thru the door and they love the extra belly rubs. We can travel to rabbit shows knowing all the animals left at home will be getting the care they need while we are gone. That gives us peace of mind.”

19. Leandra R.
“Leandra is great working with pets and taking care of her 3 cats and never fails to get them anything they need. Shes very attentive and schedule oriented. Passionate about working with dogs and loves being outside. Very reliable person.”

20. Preston H.
About: Hi there! I grew up on a chicken farm where I helped raise chickens, geese, turkeys, two dogs, and a cat—so caring for animals has been a part of my life from the very beginning. Over the years, that love for animals naturally grew into watching pets for friends and family. Whether it’s dogs or cats, I’ve always enjoyed giving them the attention, care, and comfort they deserve while their humans are away. Your pet will be in loving, experienced hands! Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine pretty naturally, especially because I'm in school online, which gives me a more flexible schedule. Since I’m not tied down to a strict class timetable or commuting, I can plan my day around your pet’s needs just as much as my own. For example, I can take breaks between classes or study sessions to walk, feed, or play with your pet. It’s actually a great way to reset and get out of my head for a bit. If something comes up—like a vet appointment or grooming—I can usually move my schoolwork around pretty easily to fit it in. Being home more often also means I can stay on top of little things like cleaning up, checking their food and water, and giving them attention throughout the day. Overall, having a flexible online schedule makes it much easier to give your pet consistent care without feeling overwhelmed. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I always start by having a conversation with the client to understand exactly how they want their pet to be cared for. I know every pet has their own routine and personality, so I want to make sure I’m following the same schedule and habits they’re used to. I ask about things like feeding times, walks, playtime, any medications, and little things that help the pet feel comfortable—like favorite toys or places they like to rest. Some pets love attention and play, while others might prefer quiet and space, so it’s really important for me to know those details. I always make sure to follow their instructions closely and keep the home clean and respectful while I’m there. I also like to send regular updates and photos, so the client knows their pet is happy and well taken care of. Communication and trust are super important to me when it comes to pet care.
