I have three dogs of my own aged 6, 5, and 4, so I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy and caring to watch your pets when needed! I have watched dogs ranging from full grown german shepherds to small puppies. I first volunteeed at my local animal shelter, Pet Refuge, six years ago and discovered my passion for animals! I have experience with caring for numerous sizes, ages, and breeds of dogs through both my past volunteer experience and my work here through Rover over the past 5 years. These dogs include pit bulls, golden retrievers, australian shepherds, huskies, poodles and doodles, labs, chihuahuas, beagles, bulldogs, terriers, and many mixes in between. About: Hello, my name’s Anna. I have been taking care of dogs since I was 16. My family got a golden doodle several years ago and he has definitely been a joy and a task. Having a dog such as mine has made me more comfortable in my dog caring skills and fairly knowledgeable about what needs dogs have. I’m also very well equipped to handle puppies as I recently got a cocker spaniel several months ago. But given that, my passion for dogs continues to grow. I now as an independent adult have 2 dogs who I’ve had the pleasure of raising as puppies to where they are at now.
