About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. You can always ask if there is room for one more. 😉 New home with half acre fenced yard. Have a very active border collie who wants a playmate. My animals have always had the run of the house but I can provide a crate if need be. If you need an extended period of time, let me know. My last foster was 6 months old, from a local shelter and was here for over 2 months.

About: Lifetime pet owners of cats and dogs alike, Maeve and Jason have shared decades of pet-sitting duties for friends and family and all that entails from crate training to medication administration. We have flexible schedules, reliable transportation with dog seatbelts, a large wrap around fully fenced-in yard, and several forested acres with private nature trails to share with your best friend. Maeve is a WFH graphic designer and Jason is a self-employed carpenter living with our two sweet velcro cavalier king charles spaniels — Cricket & Disco. We have very flexible schedules with lots of love and attention to spare. We can easily break away for walks and drop-ins. We live across from Eagle Lake with a large wraparound fully fenced-in yard overlooking 15 private forested acres with trails for leashed nature walks. We have oodles of experience walking, camping, hiking, swimming, and playing with dogs in all environments and elements. Crates and gates are available if your best friend needs their space, but everybody is allowed to make themselves at home. We have lots of cozy nooks and beds. We work to ensure smooth introductions.
 Our home is very dog-friendly but to that end, kept very clean. We do tick checks and our girls are always up to date with their vaccinations and preventative meds. JIC, we have reliable transportation and are not far from Michiana Veterinary Hospital. We are also able to drive to your preferred vet.

My entire daily routine revolves around the animals. Their meal times and potty schedules direct my whole day. My own dogs are my personal alarm clock and make sure to remind me when it's time to eat and for walks. I aim to keep routines as normal as possible. Even with fenced in yards, I go out with them and make sure everyone stays out of trouble ( no digging, chewing plants, etc), dogs are NEVER walked off leash, all dogs eat with supervision and can be separated if necessary, I will also crate if necessary if leaving the home or at night by owner request.

About: Hello! I’m Valeria (you can call me Val) and I am a part time pet sitter. I currently work full time remotely. I enjoy running/walking at the park so having a partner tag along won’t be a problem. I am willing to provide any extra care your dog may need. This includes providing snacks, preparing specific meals, or even spending extra time outside. I have experience handling dogs, cats, birds, small animals and even chickens! About: I grew up helping out on my friends parents farm. After we moved away my family signed up to foster for the humane society and my love for animals only grew. I’ve helped deliver and care for puppies and kittens. I now have 2 daughters of my own that love animals just as much as I do and our favorite thing to do is go to the humane society to play with the pups and cats 💕 I run my own business and work from home. Both my girls are in school so I have a lot of free time I’d love to use on with helping some furbabies 💕 I live in an apartment right of the millrace so we love walls on the trail! About: I grew up with cats & dogs. We always had at least two in our house as kids and I've owned lots and lots of pets with human names. Since I’m a teacher I am available all summer long. I am an early riser and can accommodate all times you may need for your pets My pets get walked four times a day and seem to be my mode of exercise. I can accommodate early and late hours in particular.
