“There aren't enough wonderful things to say about Edith and my experience with her when she recently took care of my two dogs and my house for five days. From the minute I reached out to her she responded almost immediately and made me feel that she was open to help in any way. She was punctual for our 'meet and greets', and my dogs loved her the minute she came through the door. While I was out of town I was totally comfortable knowing that my dogs and everything they needed was taken care of. Edith is extremely knowledgeable about animals. Since one of my dogs is a senior, she needs extra care with meds and slower walks. Edith handled her with so much tenderness and understanding. I knew that my home and dogs were in the best hands with Edith. I cannot recommend her enough! She is exceptional. Thank you, Edith!”

During drop-in visits and walks, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, fresh water, meals (if needed), potty breaks, playtime, and lots of love. For overnight stays in a client’s home, I aim to provide a calm, comforting presence so pets feel safe and secure while their owners are away. I’m very respectful of clients’ homes, keep things clean and tidy, and provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind. I’m also comfortable caring for multiple pets, senior pets, and administering basic medications if needed. My current schedule is that I’m free weekdays, with classes Mon/Wed 12:30–1:45 and Thurs 2:00–6:15, and you usually work Fri/Sat/Sun daytime, so weekend evenings are your best bet :) My care style is routine-based and body-language focused. I don’t force interaction; I let pets settle in and I build trust first, especially with cats. I provide attention and affection when they want it, and I watch closely for cues (hunger, stress, overstimulation, fatigue). I follow all instructions precisely such as feeding, fresh water, litter maintenance, walks/potty breaks, play/enrichment, and any special notes. I keep things calm, clean, and consistent, and I send updates/photos so you’re never guessing.

About: I love dogs and cats and animals more than people. I am not good at training puppies but i make sure dogs are happy and on schedule and have fun. I can also take care of guinea pigs and fish. Or any animals except snakes and spiders I have school on Tuesdays for all day and I have one class on Thursdays that’s only about an hour long. I am also looking for a part time job but don’t have one yet. I will make sure your dog is always in the house or yard or on a leash. I will make sure they always have food and water and toys available and make sure they are feeling good and happy
