“When we needed to make a quick trip to New Hampshire we scheduled a “meet and greet” to visit with Virginia and see how our recently adopted dogs would react to a stranger as they are not socialized with people. Normally they bark and are hyperactive when seeing any stranger. After five minutes they were calm and seemed to be “at home” with Virginia! Virginia cared for our fur babies for five days and we were more than pleased with the care she took with them. She has the experience and skills to make dogs “comfortable” in new surroundings. She kept us updated with photos and text messages letting us know how they were doing on a daily basis. When our flight was delayed in returning due to weather and we were several hours late Virginia was most gracious allowing us to pick up our dogs late at night as she knew we were anxious to see them… for this we are most appreciative for her understanding as well as cooperation. About: I love dogs and cats too, I got into dog - sitting when I first moved to Georgia and my neighbor went out of town I watched her dog while she was gone and have been dog sitting ever since. I love going out and walking dogs and playing with dogs. I make sure they feel like they are loved and with their owners when I watch animals I love making them even little treats and dinners. Also if you have specific thing your animal eats then you can count on me to make sure they have a good healthy meal, I also am good about giving them their medication. I understand how people love for their animals as if they were their children and I totally get it. You worry about them and want to make sure they are taken care of well. About: I grew up with family members with dogs of all shapes and sizes and I have two dogs of my own that I love deeply!! I take care of 2 dogs on a regular basis and train them, feed them, play with them, and take care of them as much as I can!! My dogs are trained on command, I crate them, I try to teach them new things, I walk them regularly, and show them as much love as possible on a regular routine. As I have 2 dogs, I also make sure I do things with them together and separately so that they don’t become too dependent on one another :)

We have raised both of our Frenchies since they were just 8 weeks old (they are now 1 and 4 years old), giving us hands-on experience with everything from the puppy stage to adulthood. Because we live the "Frenchie life" every day, we understand the specialized care, and unique needs that come with flat-faced breeds, including temperature monitoring, and breathing awareness. *PLEASE NOTE* To protect the health of our pets, we require all pups to be fully vaccinated and up-to-date on the following: Flea Prevention, Heart Worm Prevention, Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Influenza, Leptospirois, DHPP. We work from home, so our schedule is highly flexible. We are available for doggy boarding and daycare all days of the week including weekends. We have a fully fenced backyard, along with an open first floor using several baby gates to protect pups from stairs and obstacles. We use crates for bed time to ensure safety.

I have trained my own puppies and also taken care of friends' and families' pets for years. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a neutered 1 year old Australian shepherd to play with your dog. For adult dogs, I usually let them out into my yard at least 5 times a day, or more if they need to go out or if it is a puppy or older dog. If the dog is in good health, we will go on at least one long walk in the neighborhood in the afternoon as well per day as well as playing with my dog in my yard. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a quiet neighborhood. We have a magnetic screen door so, once we make sure the dogs know how to open it, we let the dogs come in and out all day (weather permitting). I can also do drop ins pretty regularly. I graduated college with a degree in Veterinary technology and passed my state boards. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember — since I was under ten, I’ve been helping neighbors with their pets and have grown up surrounded by all kinds of animals, from rodents and lizards to ferrets, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. About: I have been dog sitting since I was 14 years old, I currently care for a blind dog that also needs insulin shots twice a day so I am comfortable with shots and also giving medicine to animals. I am comfortable with large and small animals including cats! I will always care for animal as if they were my own.
