About: I have had dogs seems like all my life. I have always had dogs 1-3 at least for 34 years of my marriage.Could not imagine without my best friends. I work at a school so I have available after 3 everyday during week. And if Salem school breaks I'm available too. But I can come walk or let out in evenings. I get out of school in June thru August so available all day Monday thru weekend. Well at this time I'm starting off walking dogs then we will see how it goes to board or more. About: I am a new sitter on Rover, but don’t let that put you off. :) My family has never known a time where we didn’t have pets! When I was five years old, my parents entrusted to me a sweet black kitty for whom I was solely responsible for. Not only did this experience affirm my love for animals, but it also jumpstarted me into a world of responsibility! Since then, we have rescued dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, happily welcoming “bully” breeds and giving them all the love and care they deserve! I’ve cared for elderly dogs and cats with and without disabilities, as well as those who need certain medications or injections. Further, big breeds do not intimidate me- I love them! Perhaps most importantly, I will love and care for your pet as if it were my own! ❤️ I am currently a graduate student at Virginia Tech, and as such, my weekdays are fairly busy until the evenings. If you need overnight care on the weekdays, let me know and we can work something out! I typically have a couple meetings in the mornings that I can conduct on zoom, but I do have in person class from 2-5 that I will need to leave your home for. Fridays and weekends, however, are wide open! I have two sweet, playful cats currently and live in an apartment, so it is likely that care will be provided in your house! I often find this is better anyway, as your pet is already comfortable in their home and less likely to feel stress with change.

About: Hello! My name is Hayley and I am an animal lover of all kinds. I had a chihuahua for 14.5 years until I had to say goodbye to him in august of 2024. Since then I have found joy in helping others take care of their furry family members. My Pedro was special needs so I am comfortable giving meds or helping with disabled animals as well. I promise to take care of your babies just like they are my own! Same day bookings and short notice bookings will be dependent on my full time work schedule as I work 3 twelve hour night shifts a week but please always reach out as I may be available! I am also willing to pet sitting for other animals like chickens, hedgehogs, etc. Just ask!! I am a full time night shift nurse so my schedule is crazy but allows me to spend the days with your pet. I am also able to get several days in a row off and spend 24/7 with your pet, if scheduled within enough time! If selected, I would treat your baby as if they are my own and would go above abd beyond in caring for them. I am unable to bring pets to my home but am more than happy to care for them in the comfort of their own homes.

About: I have been taking care of my pets since I was around 10. I have 2 cats and a dog of my own. I foster dogs with my mother, which we have been doing for 3 years and have placed many dogs in wonderful homes. I really enjoy walking dogs and taking them on hikes for whatever exercise they need to get out. I watch a bunch of family friends pets and some people who live nearby to me, so I do have experience with that as well. I’m currently in college, but am home for the summer. I do not have much going on so I am feel all the time basically. I would be able to be very flexible for whatever you pet needs. I have my own dog who loves to play with other dogs if they are comfortable otherwise she has a crate. If your pet is crated I have extra crates if needed and I keep a timely feeding with my dog between 6-7am and 5-6pm. There is always water out. I do have some cats in the home where I reside.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals such as dogs, cats, birds, etc. I’m willing to take care of any types of pets! When I go home from school I have three cats and two dogs. I’ve watched my neighbors, friends, and family’s pets for a couple hours to a couple of days. I’m a full time student at Virginia Tech, however all of my classes are in the morning, so my schedule is extremely flexible throughout the week. During the summer I’m mainly just working at a local vet clinic, so my schedule is still pretty flexible! I will always make it a priority to ask if there are any specific needs or instructions for the pet I am taking care of. I make sure that I give the animal I am watching extra attention, so they can feel as comfortable as possible with me, while their owner is away!

About: I love caring for all animals. I do have previous experience taking care of puppies as well but am willing to look after all ages. I have large breaks in my days between and after my classes so I am always available to help whenever needed. I am also available all day on weekends if necessary. About: I’ve taken care of my family’s animals for over 10 years. I also have worked as a veterinary assistant since 2020. I graduated undergrad in 2022. I’m currently a full time veterinary assistant at VMCVM ICU. I currently work an overnight schedule but am available during the day! I will be returning to vet school again in January after a short leave of absence I’m able to walk, feed, give medications, and play with your animals! I’m comfortable with all types of animals with a variety of health problems and temperaments. I currently work night shift so I’m available most times during the day! About: I have had a family dog and a cat for 10+ years. I recently got my own dog the summer of 2021 and she has been with me at college in Virginia. As a college student with a dog I have learned many skills in taking care of my dog Lola! I am currently a junior at Roanoke College! Dog walking is something I’m happy to do and enjoy doing!
