About: I grew up with 3 dogs, today both my sisters have a dog; a Golden Retriever & a German Shepard. I have watched and cared for both of them, as well as pet/house sitting for other family & friends. I also became a cat dad when I adopted a six year old cat three years ago! I just moved to CT so while I search for a job I decided to join Rover!! 6am-10pm 7 days a week I am available! I can be an early bird or a night owl & I love all animals! I can take your pet on a long run or a short walk and anything in between! Most of my experience is with bigger dog breeds like German Shepard, Golden Retriever, & Pit Bull. I have also cared for French Bull Dogs and other unknown dog breeds. I would love to work with any animals! My favorite part is learning how unique each animals is & getting to know their personalities!!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and treat every pet like my own. My first dog, Jack (a Bichon-Poodle), joined our family when I was six. Then came Lilly, a 60-pound mutt I helped train from a puppy. Later, I cared for a rescued kitten named Chef, who we bottle-fed from two days old. I lived with him for two years in Florida. While living in Europe, I was the primary caregiver for Foksi, a 35-pound rescue dog from Russia, for three years between Belgium and Italy. She was already house-trained and knew basic commands, but I continued her training from about a year old and handled all her daily care. If your dog is used to certain commands, just let me know — I’m happy to keep up their routine and reinforce training during walks or visits. I’m active, reliable, and love getting outside for long walks or playtime. I work part-time and have a flexible schedule, so your pet will get focused attention. Whether it’s puppy energy or senior care, I’m comfortable handling it and will make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. I recently relocated back to the U.S. and am currently building my dog care business while searching for full-time remote work. In the meantime, I have open availability and can be flexible to meet your needs. As I grow my client base, I’ll work toward a consistent schedule—but for now, I’m new to the local market and fully available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting. I provide care only at the client’s home or during walks. I’ll follow any rules or routines you have in place to make sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and relaxed.

About: Hello! My preferred names to go by is Max as you might see in my testimonials! I volunteered at an animal sanctuary that had chickens, geese, swans, goats, horses, & alpacas. I have experience in dog sitting & grooming every kind of breed. I took care of ferrets as well! Cute little guys running through tubes. I have a ton of experience cat sitting as well. I even briefly worked at a cat cafe! I also have 2 of my own. Litter boxes don’t scare me! I would never force any kind interactions based off of any of the animals behaviors, unless if they would want that! I’m all about approaching with love, patience, & playfulness! I currently have open availability. I don’t have proper space to board your animals at my house but I don’t mind traveling to yours at all. It all depends on the pet, but I would approach first with a hand sniff & see if they are okay with me petting them. I also think it’s a really great idea to do a practice trial run with the owner there at first so they can meet me & warm up to me!

About: I was born with a love for animals of all kinds. I have cared for my own starting with cats since I was young. I then helped care for horses as a young girl into my teens then later in my 40’s. My real love for dogs came when we rescued our first pup from save a dog in 2002 when she was 8 weeks old. I never went anywhere without her. She was in our wedding. We rescued her sister 3 yrs later a yellow lab mix who was just a fun goody good girl. They loved our babies we had and chickens as we introduced them they became great friends. Then they welcomed our little Shiba Inu, Thor with open arms who is the sweetest boy ever, now 4. I have always been the go to person for friends and friends of friends, and family to watch their beloved pets when needed. I love spending any time I can with all kinds of animals. I am happiest when I get to walk the dogs, take them swimming, for a car ride or just playing in the yard. My dogs have always come first and I don’t ever really go anywhere unless they can come too. Our two girl dogs lived to be 16 3/4 and it broke all our hearts when it came time to say good bye. We recently said goodbye to our last oldest dog and I keep having dogs over to play with our young pup to cheer him up and it’s helped immensely! I would love to open up my time to help care for others pets who don’t like leaving theirs home either. I work at home, I am a photographer and we don’t travel much. My husband also works from home and my two girls are 15 and 12 and are all just as much animal lovers as myself. Hard to beat though. We are very flexible for scheduling. I have high gates at our doors and a big fenced yard with gates in the front. We plan to put a smaller fenced area out back with a 6ft fence. I have a 4.5 yr old 40lb male Shiba Inu who just loves a good game of catch me if you can with other dogs. He is the sweetest sharer, very empathetic and is use to older/Sr and well behaved dogs. I am have a lower finished walk out family level where I work that if needed could keep your dog separate too. I don’t mind bathing your dog either if they don’t mind it and it’s needed.

About: I have had and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have experience house- and pet-sitting for a variety of dogs, cats, chickens, and ferrets, including giving medication and following special diets. I currently work in wildlife animal care and am in school training to be a vet tech. I have great attention to detail and a heart big enough for all of the creatures! I work full-time with two days off a week (Monday/Tuesday). That being said my schedule is pretty flexible, and depending on the location, I can also drop in at lunch time to check in and/or go for a walk. Not only will I take care of your pet, but I will take care of your home as well. I will leave it as clean as I found it, if not cleaner. I will follow any and all instructions as to care/rules of the household and make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible while you are away.

Mainly taking female well behaved dogs up to 70 pounds. Occasionally will care for some males that are very well-behaved and non-aggressive. Care not available for any aggressively known breeds. About: Because I’m here to take care of everybody else’s kids. My name is Amaya, I have been caring for all kinds of animals for about 10 years now. It all started when I moved in with my best friend in high school, her and her mother at that time had dogs, cats, rats, tortoises, a frog, etc. After graduating high school, she started working at an animal rescue near our house and quickly became a manager. Over the years I helped her care for all of the animals she brought home, and now that we no longer live together, I’ve found that I miss the excitement that caring for animals brings to life. I figured I could spend my extra time where it’s needed. I work full time and can watch pets over the weekend or go for walks before or after work. I work M-F my schedule varies for now I can care for pets in your home however is necessary, I am able to easily crate dogs or corral cats if needed.
