“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. I know that every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while they’re in my care. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely at ease while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my schedule, and I’m able to provide care before and after work as well as on weekends. I have a consistent weekday schedule, so I’m able to plan visits and walks around my work hours and make sure I can give each pet the time and attention they need. I’m also available for longer visits and extended care when my schedule allows. I’m reliable and communicative, and I’ll always make sure we agree on a schedule that works well for both you and your pet. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I make it a priority to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions closely and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and always leave everything clean and as I found it. I understand that being away from their owner can be stressful for some pets, so I’m patient and attentive to their individual needs and personalities. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pet is safe, comfortable, and having a great time while you’re away.
About: I’m a 41 year old professional who loves animals. I have a 4 year old cat of my own and have always wanted a puppy as a child. Animals are loving and calming to me. I help care for them they help me. I will dog walk which keeps them happy and me active. I will drop in on cats and dogs to feed play with and help go to the bathroom. If it’s the right fit for your family and pup I would stay 1 night a week and definitely weekends overnight while people are away or traveling. I am an open communicator, reliable, respectful, trustworthy professional. Please get to know me so I can get to know you and your animal has the best experience possible. I currently have lots of availability and I would be my pleasure to walk and check in for your pups and cats several times a week. I have a yard on a dead end street, a big basement and am very close to Wilcox Park, ready for long walks in great neighborhood with lots to explore.
About: I've had at least one dog in my house since I was in first grade. My first dog is no longer with us however, I currently have a 9-year-old black lab and a 7-month-old silver lab. My dogs love to go on hiking trails, and with your permission, I can also take your dog to new locations. I unfortunately don't have experience with other people's dogs except for friends and family. I'm currently working part-time, so I'm very flexible with times. I will put my dogs' needs first, however, making sure I have time to give them the exercise and attention they deserve. My dogs are my best friends. I always show love and respect towards them. I also understand how a dog's life can be boring sometimes. Giving them a new environment to sniff out creates a happy and exhausted pup. I try to take my older dog on a new walk/hike every week to give them an adventure and something to look forward to. I'm hoping to provide the same for your dogs. I am also a runner, so I wouldn't mind running alongside your dog. Walking/hiking/running, whatever you prefer.
