About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little kid. I really enjoy being around and caring for dogs. Most of my experience has been caring for small dogs and those in the later years of their life. My calm demeanor works well with dogs who may be nervous around new people. Until recently, I also volunteered at an adoption center where I helped to care for dogs looking for a new home. About: I have had cats my whole life and I love their quirky nature. Recently got my own dog after loving other people’s dogs for years, she just turned three and is pretty well trained and fun to play with. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was born. We had a lab and a labradoodle, who sadly passed away a few months ago. Katie is a wonderful find. She came to our home first to meet the guy, see the house, put up with my stories of his fabulousness. Then her evening and morning 1-hour visits were 1) absolutely on time as agreed, 2) featured many photos of his various activities, 3) the completed checklist of meals, litter box, etc. and 4) great info on his behavior, especially since this was the first time she cat-sat. That he hissed at her on first visit, was chill and lovey on his second (sounds like him). Katie has made it her business to know as much as she can about cat behavior (she is a cat owner), such as why female cats may like their rumps rubbed while my male cat might not. She is also just a lovely, attentive, curious person. So glad she's in the neighborhood.
