I work from home but have a busier schedule from October to December. If you would like someone to back up your regular pet-caregiver or only need periodic drop-ins or dog walks, I am currently open a few days a week or on weekends. It’s difficult to reflect this on the calendar in the app so please reach out and I’ll let you know if I’m available.

When I care for your animals during drop-ins, I will aim to leave your home and your pet(s) as good or better than how I found them. I take pride in building trust with my clients and their pets and do that by taking proper care of their animals and homes, for the time I am there.

Let me know anything about your animal(s) that may be unique. If your pet has any special needs, it is helpful to know ahead of time. For example, do they require medications and do they take it in a treat? Are they on a special diet? Should the number of treats they get each day be limited?
Een typische dag
When taking care of cats and dogs, I meet them where they are. For dogs, I walk in the Sonoma County Regional Parks regularly and would love to take your dog(s) with me! I also have taken dogs on their usual walks in their neighborhood, especially if they have some separation anxiety. For cats, I let them come to me and if they do, I pet them gently. If they warm up, I also love playing with them and their toys to keep them active.

Since my twenties, I have pet-sat for dogs and cats of all ages and needs, dropped in on house cats to feed them and clean up their cat boxes, walked dogs with a variety of temperaments, and cared for cats of my own. Some of my clients call me the cat whisperer because even the purr-snickety ones seem to warm up to me.
