“Ciana and family are wonderful, welcoming, & loving furry friends. I was sent photos of my baby while I was away, this helped me know she was happy and was in good hands. All of my suggestions for care were used to better facilitate a good experience. My baby is blind, deaf and 15 years old, she needs to be watched closely and at all times while active, not an easy animal to board. Ciana food wonderfully, I have already booked another boarding appointment with her. I highly recommend Ciana.”

“Sophie, with a lifetime of experience taking care of dogs, was wonderful with our yellow Lab. Her home has an ample backyard area and is quite welcoming to dogs. Her Boston Terrier plays very nicely with others. Our Lab got lots of love and attention from Sophie, including regular walks in the low-traffic neighborhood near Dominican U. It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. She did so with our 4 year-old Lab.”

“We cannot recommend Lori and Frank more highly. This was Daisy’s very first time with a pet sitter, and as a rescue pup she can be a bit nervous in new situations. From the moment we met them, Lori and Frank immediately made her feel comfortable—not just with them, but also with their wonderful adult children. They took exceptional care of Daisy and truly made her part of their family. Thanks to their calm, loving environment, Daisy even gained the confidence to make a new doggy friend with another pet guest during her stay, which meant so much to us. We loved receiving regular updates and photos, and it was clear every step of the way that Daisy was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Leaving your dog for the first time is never easy, but Lori and Frank made the entire experience completely stress-free. We are so grateful for the love and attention they gave Daisy and would trust them again without hesitation.”

“I felt completely comfortable knowing that Petey was with Lauren and Kari, and their daughter. They took him on walks, and gave him lots of love. He was excited to see me, but I could tell he didn’t feel abandoned leaving him with new people overnight. In fact, I think he will probably get extremely excited anytime we are somewhere that resembles Napa, hoping to see his new friends again.”

“Tiffany was great! She was very professional, and her experience was evident throughout the entire process, from the first message to final pickup. She also sent us regular updates with pictures, which we really appreciated.”

“Alex and Bri were great! Our dog Casper looked super happy and content in their cozy home. Sent tons of pics and provided timely updates. Would consider using them again as a boarding option.”

“Susan is EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend! She took care of my puppy (12 weeks) and my cat (1 yr) for a week. I received frequent updates and pics on how they were doing. Very easy communication and very flexible. When i returned both my fur babies were so happy!! I could tell they had been lovingly taken care of. Susan is retired and spends all day with the pets. They received so much love and attention. Will definitely use her services again :)”

“This is the 3rd time Olive has stayed with Lauren and Ben. They are always really flexible when I need to change my plans, send regular updates with pictures, and , most importantly, Olive seems to love staying there. I will definitely book again with them.”

“Robin was fantastic! She was quick to respond to messages and flexible with our drop off and pickup times. Maple and her dog got along well and both were tired at the end of the afternoon. Boarding with Robin was an easy and great experience overall, we would love to return next time we're in Sonoma!”

“Ashish was amazing ! Very Punctual, Consistent updates about your pet, and lots of pictures. I typically get very anxious leaving my pup somewhere while I’m out of town, but Ashish took the stress away. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!”

“Caren was great! My dog seemed very happy there and she seemed to take great care of her. Her house is in a nice neighborhood and my dog’s age got a lot of good walks and visits to the dog park, etc. Would definitely recommend Caren!”

“We can’t recommend Allyse and Justin enough for dog sitting. From the moment we met them, it was very easy to tell that Allyse and Justin were calm, caring, and attentive to our dogs needs. Allyse provided excellent communication throughout the entire experience. We received daily updates, helping us feel calm and at ease being away from our dogs. We were very comfortable knowing Allyse and Justin were giving our dogs attention and caring for them in our absence. We can’t recommend or thank them enough. We would absolutely book with Allyse again!”

About: I have been a dog lover all of my life and possess a special way of relating to dogs. For the last decade, I have been the neighborhood go-to for dog sitting and boarding, while also taking care of my own three dogs. With the large back yard, sunning deck, and kiddie pool, I ensure a fun and relaxing experience for your pups stay. I am skilled in grooming (basic grooming), dog massage, feeding, medication administration, communication (basic-training, recall, etc.), walks, dog park outings, etc. and most importantly, lots of lovin'! I am a musician, property manager, (former massage therapist) who works from home and keeps a daily schedule of caring (feedings, exercise/play/socializing/outings, naps, etc.) for my own and my clients dogs, while keeping up with my creative practices and administrative duties. Dog care is well-integrated into my daily life. After morning feedings, we usually load up into the car and head to the dog park for 1-1.5 hours. Once we return home, the pups generally take a nap for at least 1.5-2.5 hours (allowing me to get some work done and/or to run errands). Once awake, we typically do some playing in the yard and/or training (sometimes involving Charlies Chips Treat - no/low calorie treats). After about an hour or so of play, I shift to preparing dinner for myself and also the dogs, if there are special wet food protocol requests from the owners. After feedings, we spend another hour or so outside before quieting down for the night. I usually play some soft music to settle my own energies down and the dogs seems to really appreciate that too as they tend to fall asleep to it and sleep comfortably throughout the night. I also do a late night potty break at around 10pm, just to avoid accidents throughout the night. Safety is priority to me. My home is set up specifically for their safety and my own. Cleanliness is also an important part of safety and I tend to do that throughout the day (sweep/vacuum, spot-mop, wash bedding, etc.). I have a large fenced in back yard, kiddie pool, lots of toys, and sunning deck for the dogs. The second bedroom has a day bed that the dogs sleep on, as well as multiple dog beds and the couch, if they prefer. I have water bowls in multiple locations throughout the house and backyard. I utilize room dividers at feedings, if necessary, or if I sense a dogs need for space away from the pack.

“Karyna took great care of my cat Wilson. Last minute holiday plans came up and she went above and beyond to ensure Willie was comfortable. Thank you so much, I’m so appreciative.”

“Aimee is amazing! She helped us out one night a week for four months and we absolutely depended on her. She is reliable, responsive and can see what needs doing and get it done. I could not recommend her highly enough!”

About: I really do love every kind of cat! I've had cat companions my entire life, and I feel like sometimes they are so soft and so squishy I just can't even stand it. I wouldn't say my cats are trained exactly, but they do let me give them a bath. And most of the time when I call them they do come so I'm calling that a win. I can give the pills and such when that's required, and I'm happy to work with all cats young and old.

“Robin’s care for our pet was wonderful; she kept us apprised of any changes in her behavior and the updates with pictures kept us connected with our Grey-girl…, thank you Robin—appreciate your professionalism!”

“I cannot praise my experience with Gabe enough. He was great with my cats. He played with them, and laughed with them. Since this was the first time leaving them he was considerate to keep me in touch with photos and texts which I so liked and wanted. He left everything neat and clean. Gabe is a great person too. I highly recommend Gabriel and will definitely use his services again.”

“Victoria was super attentive and a great communicator. We just needed a quick drop in for our cat this time, but we would definitely love to have Victoria take care of Johnny again!”

“Cathleen went above and beyond when she watched our house and kitty for 9 days. We returned to a spotless home, filled with great energy. It was a great feeling to return to a clean house after a long flight. Our kitty and plants are thriving, thanks to Cathleen’s help.”

“Katie is a wonderful find. She came to our home first to meet the guy, see the house, put up with my stories of his fabulousness. Then her evening and morning 1-hour visits were 1) absolutely on time as agreed, 2) featured many photos of his various activities, 3) the completed checklist of meals, litter box, etc. and 4) great info on his behavior, especially since this was the first time she cat-sat. That he hissed at her on first visit, was chill and lovey on his second (sounds like him). Katie has made it her business to know as much as she can about cat behavior (she is a cat owner), such as why female cats may like their rumps rubbed while my male cat might not. She is also just a lovely, attentive, curious person. So glad she's in the neighborhood.”

“Gabriel was so willing to help Cooper acclimate (he’s a nervous little pup)…to the point of using my puppy sling. So caring. And it was such a relief to get photos through the day on our first day.”

About: Spa Le Chien is specially tailored to your dog's needs while you are away from OR visiting California's Wine Country. I strive to make the experience unforgettable for your precious family member. I have been pampering pooches in my well-appointed modular house, located in a bucolic 55+ senior park in the charming village of Sonoma, for almost fifteen years. As a rule I only care for a single K9 at a time, so I can give it my full, undivided attention. There may occasionally be overlap between clients but rarely more than a single day or night. Safety is my first priority. Cleanliness, exercise, feeding and entertainment are our focus. I tend to work with small, older dogs and have helped elderly and infirm ones, too. But I am open to all types. I consult thoroughly with owners about their requirements before embarking on any regimen. I have never had a dissatisfied client...dogs love it here!
About: I’ve cared for pets and livestock my entire life, and animals have always been a huge part of my daily life. What sets me apart is that I live on spacious property, giving dogs plenty of room to explore, play, and enjoy a calm environment while they’re away from home. I treat every animal like my own and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable during their stay. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because caring for animals has always been part of my lifestyle. Living on property means I’m consistently outside and active, so dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, and playtime throughout the day — not just scheduled walks. I’m used to maintaining routines for both pets and livestock, so feeding schedules, medications, supervision, and individual care needs are something I take seriously. I enjoy creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and low-stress environment where they can feel relaxed and part of the family. Because I live on property, dogs have space to play, explore, and get exercise throughout the day while still being closely supervised. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make it a priority to keep their pets comfortable by maintaining their usual routine and environment. I provide dependable care, attention, exercise, feeding, fresh water, cleanup, and lots of affection while also respecting the client’s home and instructions. I understand how important consistency is for animals, and I work to make their time away from their owners as stress-free as possible.
“Lauren was so great about sending pix and updates on Toto’s day with her and Odin. Toto looked really happy and enjoyed playing at her house for the day. It was so nice to be able to go out for the day and not worry about rushing back for potty breaks. Thank you for making it easy and look forward to asking for your help another time.”

“Fatima has watched our shepherd mix Millie several times and has always taken really good care of her. She takes her on walks, and Millie loves playing with Harper. A worn out high energy dog is such a good thing for us. We will be using her as needed in the future, for sure.”

“I can only say great things about Gabriel! On pretty short notice, Gabriel was able to walk my 2 small dogs for 10 days. He clearly loves dogs & they loved him. He is very reliable & attentive to the dogs needs. I won’t hesitate to hire him again.”

About: As a fur mom myself, I treat other pets as if they were my own. I have two dogs and a cat. Two of them are seniors and I've had them since they were young. I believe in training basic commands, positive enforcement, and lots of snuggles. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm hanging out with my pups outside while they get their zoomies out. I'm comfortable with excited pups, counter surfers, and shy pups. We all have our quirks! I take care of our 3 pets (2 dogs, 1 cats) and their care is my top priority on my day to day. Feeding, training, and getting the zoomies out. I like to keep the dogs routine as much as possible. Some dogs can get anxious when someone new is introduced and I find it's best to keep things as simple and normal as possible.
About: Hello! I’m Victoria, a reliable and experienced pet sitter who provides calm, attentive care so pets feel safe and comfortable in their home. Many animals seem to relax quickly around my steady, reassuring presence. With 10 years of experience, I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs while keeping their routine consistent and low-stress. I focus on maintaining familiar schedules so pets feel secure while their family is away, and I truly enjoy spending time with animals and supporting their well-being. I’m especially good with pets who benefit from a calm, predictable environment. Clear communication and consistency are important to me so both pets and their owners feel comfortable and supported. My goal is always for you to return home to happy pets and a well-cared-for house. When house sitting, I spend a good portion of the day in your home so your pets receive companionship and stability throughout the day and evening. I specialize in steady, routine-based overnight care and do best with well-established household rhythms. For clients outside my immediate area, I begin with a video meet & greet so we can go over your pet’s routine and make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. I’m also happy to arrive a bit early on the first day to ensure a smooth, comfortable transition. If you’re looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter who truly enjoys and understands animals, I would love to connect with you. I am currently working part time remotely and so I have plenty of time to play with your beloved pets. I'm around alot, especially for the first 3 days when they're usually missing their owners a great deal. It's helpful when the owner leaves instructions for what to do for the pets so that I am aware of their schedule because pets love to stick to routine.

“Stephanie was amazing with our girl Islay. She was accommodating with helping Islay put on her little pads for being in heat. She also took pictures and sent us a nice message about how she was doing on the walk. Definitely will have her come again to walk our sweet girl.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was born. We had a lab and a labradoodle, who sadly passed away a few months ago. Now that we have an empty house, I decided to use my experience to help dog parents in need. I have a lot of experience handling horses, so I can take good care of any size dog:) I am currently on summer break, so I have availability. I am a bunny parent and have taken care of her on my own for 5 years. We just lost our dog, but he was my furry best friend for 12 years and I took care of and walked him. I have a large area outdoors for my bunny to play in safely, and she is secured in a hutch inside the play area at night to ensure safely from predators. When it is too hot or too cold, she will come inside the house and be free roam. She is fed unlimited hay, a portion of high quality pellets and a variation of fruits and veggies as treats. She is very healthy and happy and living her best life. I prioritize the health and well being of all animals.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little kid. I really enjoy being around and caring for dogs. Most of my experience has been caring for small dogs and those in the later years of their life. My calm demeanor works well with dogs who may be nervous around new people. Until recently, I also volunteered at an adoption center where I helped to care for dogs looking for a new home. I currently don’t work a conventional job due to personal limitations so my schedule allows for lots of flexibility. Taking care of your pet would bring lots of joy to my day. I am an attentive and affectionate pet care taker. I will respect your space and any parameters set around taking care of your furry family.

I'll provide your pet with exercise appropriate for their age and physical condition. We have a fully fenced yard and plenty of dog beds inside the house. “Cathleen handled my two labs with love and care. She exudes a very calm nature and my dogs in a first walk without me had a great time. Cathleen is kind, caring and is energetic and is great in handling big dogs. We can hardly wait for our next time with her!”

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of pet you can think of. I started using Wag a few years ago and fell in love. Each has a specific personality and all are very loving. I have watched my dad’s boxer, my mom’s shitzu, wag customers’ dogs from lab to terrier, a few friends’ cats and most recently began caretaking my own kitten. I have worked with dogs and cats that need to take medication and crate training as well. I am excited to meet your furry friends! I make my own schedule and currently have Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays pretty open. I also can fit in a drop in or quick walk when I am not in meetings! I have experience caring for both dogs and cats while their owner was away. The most important thing to remember is a. Always refer to the owners manual they have given you! And b. Just give them love and keep their routine the same and you’re golden :)

“Christiana was absolutely wonderful during her time with Dory. I booked her for a walk and got no less than three pictures and updates during and after the walk. I have never felt more comfortable with my dog in the care of another person. If I could give more than a five star rating, I would have. I cannot wait to use her spectacular services again!”

About: I have always loved having pets, and we always had an array of animals when I was growing up. I’ve helped raise a couple puppies from birth to adulthood. Helped care for litters of services puppies. I regularly watched and checked in on family and friend’s pets while they were out. I also believe that in order to have a happy, healthy dog they need to be cared for, loved on and exercised with regularly. I love seeing the joy that comes to a pup when they know they’re going to go on a walk or go to the park. I would love to be able to help care for your animals and not only make their lives more energetic during the day but make your life easier because you don’t have to worry about it!

I work from home, so I am available most hours/days to pop in for a visit or to give a walk. I love keeping active and taking dogs on walks.

“Angela was amazing with our dog, Gryffin! This was our first experience with Rover, and she made it all so easy. She shared pictures of Gryf while we were gone, and we could tell he loved staying with her!”

“Tucker always love to go to the farm and hang out with his retriever buddies. Jake and Shayla are great, attentive and professional. He gets so much love there, I feel good about leaving him when I’m away.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Sandy! From the moment she picked Lucy up, I felt completely confident that she was in great hands. Her communication was prompt and friendly, and the regular updates and photos really put my mind at ease. Lucy came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It's such a relief to find someone as trustworthy and attentive as Sandy. I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future—thank you so much for taking such great care of Lucy!”

“Dustin was great! He sent us a ton of pictures/videos of our dog during her stay and made us feel comfortable she was in safe hands. Lots of space to run around- our dog came back tired and seeming like she had a blast. Referred Dustin to our friends and family in town! 10 / 5 stars.”

“Nadya was amazing with Bowie! She sent photos and videos, her space was beautiful with a big yard and comfortable indoor area and was so flexible with drop off and pick up. We will without a doubt have Nadya watch Bowie again.”

“Lillie was wonderful, and I would highly recommend her! It was our first time leaving Bear with her- she sent lots of photos and videos which gave us peace of mind. Bear has issues with anxiety but came home a very happy boy! Thank you Lillie!”
