“Let me begin by saying on a 1 to 5 scale I give Joy a 10! I had to take an unplanned 9-day trip due to a family illness. I have two cats adopted from a shelter as adults. One is a feral cat and the other was mistreated and dumped at a park. To add to the complication the second is a diabetic that needs shots twice a day. Joy put in the time and effort to make sure that they were well cared for. She has a much stronger knowledge of animals that most and was able to adjust the insulin as needed based on the diabetic cat's food intake.”

She texts updates on my dog and sends me photos of her at the dog park with her. She gives me the reassurance that my dog is in good hands and my home is exactly how I left it. At first, he didn’t consider himself a cat person at all but that changed right off the bat. He took one look at my cat and they became best friends from there on. As far as dogs go, he has always been passionate about learning to train them and loves every single dog he meets. I’m always the one bringing in new animals, but they all bond to him because is so loving, patient and caring to them.
