About: I have taken care of pets from as young as 8 weeks old all the way to senior dogs. I’ve been taking care of animals pretty much my whole life and have always helped out relatives with their own pets. I don’t have any pet preferences as I’m not allergic and I love all animals. Officially I have been taking care of other people’s animals outside my own family and friends for 5 years I’m a college student the only days I can’t do are Wednesdays since I have class but besides that my schedule is pretty flexible. Will work with you according. My dog Freya is friendly and doesn’t have an aggressive personality she is a submissive to other dogs and animals I used to have guinea pigs and they would even bully her. But in other people’s home I like to learn what their pets boundaries are how they like to receive affection. I want to know if they are weary of certain actions like touching their paws or they don’t like their belly to be touched. It’s important to respect animals boundaries especially in their own home.

About: As a self-employed, work-from-anywhere business owner and avid animal lover, I'm able to be with your animals around the clock in the comfort of their own home. My schedule allows me the flexibility to give them plenty of love and attention so boarding isn't ever a consideration. I have done a variety of pet-sitting jobs throughout my life but most recently stayed back-to-back in the homes of two Southern California families who took vacations a week apart and didn't want to put their animals in a boarding facility. Not only were they more relaxed about knowing a reliable person was there to look out for their home, but they also were able to enjoy themselves more knowing their pets were happy in the comfort of their own home, receiving just as much love (or more!) as they do any day of the week. To me, pets are just as important as any human member of the family and I'm on a mission to help families keep their pets at home instead of forcing them to endure the potential trauma of a boarding facility, allowing everyone to have a better experience. I work from home and I'm available to provide round-the-clock care to your pets while you are on vacation, away on business, or in whatever situation takes you from home. I am self-employed and have an extremely flexible schedule. I'm interested in preventing families from having to board their pets when they are out of town, whether it's for the weekend, a quick mid-week trip, or several weeks at a time. I am not opening my home for this service, but am committing to keeping your animals in the comfort of their own home and all that is familiar to them while you're away.

About: I am a student with animal hospital experience and a big heart for furry friends. I can administer medication, first aid, senior care and puppy care. I am currently part time, Monday-Wednesday, therefore have plenty of open availability / time for overnight house sitting and drop in visits or extended stays. I will always prioritise the safety and security of not only your pets / family but your home during my visits. I am very detail oriented and cautious about safety.

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs since I was a teenager and currently have a 7 year old Jack Russel terrier. I have a lot of experience with dogs that are easily skittish or a bit aggressive. I currently work from home so have all the time in the world to care for your pet! I don’t have a set schedule so I can be flexible. I have a fenced in backyard. I am careful to make sure your dog is always leashed up and is safe for a walk or boarding.

About: My parents raised Old English Sheepdogs and when my kids were growing up we did rescue for Yorkers and our kids learned how important it is to take care of your pets and show them all the love and affection you can give them. We have a 10 year old Samoyed that goes everywhere with us. Our Bella is our family and we take her everywhere with us and make sure she gets as much attention as we can give her. It is very important to make sure each pet feels comfortable and safe in our care. Making sure we are calming and relaxing around the pets.

I have been on the Rover app for over 5 years now, I’ve volunteered in shelters, cat sanctuaries & before that would watch family, friends and neighbors pets! I am open to providing any services you’d like when it comes to taking care of your pet. We will spend lots of time together, I will be feeding, playing, keeping them company, giving them lots of love, going on walks and administering any medication if needed. I will take in your pet as if they were my own and consider them to be my number one priority. I also have experience with anxious pets so no worries at all if you feel yours may need more time to warm up to people. I really connect with them and understand them. Some might call me the pet whisperer hehe I mostly provide house sitting services, drop-in visits and walks. House sitting gigs work best for me, that way I'd be staying overnight in your home with your pet(s). Alternatively we are also happy to board here in our family home, we have a big yard for your pet(s) to run around in and lots of space for them to explore inside our home. (Not to mention my family are also animal lovers!) However I will say, the only thing with boarding is that we do have cats so as long as that’s not a problem, reach out and I'd be more than happy to help you with what you need. I am currently pet sitting full time and have a really flexible schedule. Whether you’d like me to look after your pet overnight or just in the daytime, like I said above, I am available to house sit or board, regardless of the length of stay. About: Besides having dogs as my best friend all my life, I have also worked for Animal shelters and a privately owned rescue shelter. One shelter I worked for had 75 dogs I cared for and learning as much as I could for them was beneficial for my safety and the dogs well being. I am currently retired and have lots of flexibility. I sometimes travel for business but this is easy to work around. And I know well in advance. I have always believed that pets are much like children, if I can see or hear them I have to check on them. I like to be familiar with any "noises" a dog makes for particular needs. I am a published writer and will most likely spend time on my laptop. And I need silence so I hear everything!
