Grace and Eliab were excellent with our elderly dog. They gave him a lot of attention and administered his daily medication correctly. He was really at home. Both Grace and Eliab kept us updated and were quickly responsive to messages. This is our second time boarding Tolly with these lovely people and we’d definitely use them again.
Brittany is an empathetic and attentive dog sitter, and she was amazing with my anxious pup. She asked lots of questions before his stay to make sure she had all his routines and quirks, and provided updates on how his stay was going along the way. She was flexible with a schedule change and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
Taylor and their partner Olivia are wonderful people and dog sitters. They took such great care of Peanut and were super communicative. I truly had no time to worry about her because I regularly got photos and updates of how she was doing. I will definitely be booking with them again because I can trust they'll care for her well
Brielle was incredible!! This was our first time using Rover and we needed a dog sitter for a long 3 week trip. Brielle was the perfect fit. Catherine and Josh were so sweet! They watched our 5 month old shih tzu Moggy for 3 days while we were out of town. It was SO hard to leave our new baby but Catherine put our minds at ease with frequent communication and pics. Moggy came home very happy! Would definitely hire again!
Emiline was so great with our dogs. We travel fulltime around the country so we’ve used Rover sitters all over the USA and she sent us more photos than any other sitter. It was clear that our dogs were very happy and well taken care of. Mango Salsa was splayed out on the bed with his legs behind him like he owned the place in one of the photos. Haha. Loved seeing that! Banana Pig is our anxious pup and we really appreciated the way she made him feel safe. In one of the photos she sent we noticed he could see where our truck had been parked during drop off and taking a walk shortly after we left to show him we have left always helps him to settle in and relax. We will absolutely book again while we’re in the area.
I traveled from out of town for a concert and Alissa was kind enough to watch my dog for the night. I could tell my dog had a wonderful time, and her dog was so sweet and kind to my Mabel. It was great to know my dog was safe while I was away from her. I would definitely use Alissa’s services again!
I needed a dogsitter on short notice and am so thankful to have found Eve. She was incredibly responsive, trustworthy, and professional, and from the moment we met at the meet-and-greet, I knew it was a great match. My whippet can be "cat-like" and aloof, but she responded to Eve like a lifelong friend. We also got a bunch of photos and updates all weekend, which were so appreciated. Your dog is in loving and capable hands with Eve!
Kirsten took great care of Mac! I was very anxious leaving him as normally he stays with family and this was someone new, but Mac was very comfortable around her right away and had a great time. She sent pictures or an update every day which helped ease my nerves. I so appreciate the great care she took of Mac and will not hesitate to book with her again in the future.
