He was fine the first seven days so likely stressed with the number of days he was at Fin’s home. Fin sent a number of photos that showed Blackjack was totally enjoying himself! I highly recommend Fin as a Dogsitter. Her backyard is a great place for dogs to hang out as is her home. I was impressed by the fact that she walked the dogs twice a day and also only takes one dog at a time.! Fin works from home so Blackjack got constant attention!”

“Wonderful, wonderful dog sitter! She was incredibly kind to my dog! Her two dogs were adorable and were great for nervous, first time in someone else’s home dogs (my dog). She took them on frequent walks, communicative about eating, treats, potty, and nap time and sent many pictures. I’d recommend her to anyone with small-medium dogs that need somewhere to go either sitting or boarding. One issue I faced which wasn’t a huge deal, was in the middle of my reservation the rate of sitting increased to almost double the initial rate I paid for. My intial booking was 15/day and I asked for one more day of sitting, and the entire reservation was modified to 25/day. It caught me off guard since it was the middle of the week and I was caught off guard with the new price. The service was worth the new rate, just wanted transparency there.”
About: I grew up taking care of family dogs and began sitting friends dogs before adopting my own pup, Scooby. I'd grown up with typically smaller and mid size dogs and sitting a large dog helped me realize how much I loved the gentle giants and rowdy ones. About: I have always had a dogs in my life. I went from growing up with dogs to getting my own dogs when I went off to college. They have been with me since up until recently when we had to put our dog penny down at age 16. Suddenly I find myself without a dog and it is very lonely, but I am not ready for a new permanent addition, so I am hoping to pet sit to still have dogs in my life. My husband and I both work from home, so we are around to give pets love and attention throughout the day. We do have 2 young children so it is important to us that your pet loves kids or is at least used to kids. We recently had to put our two elderly dogs down (14 and 16) so we really miss having dogs around the house but are not ready for a new permanent pet yet, so we are very excited about dog sitting. We have a fenced backyard, we love going for walks, and our kids would love to spend hours playing fetch if that's something your dog enjoys.

We have experience caring for dogs of all ages and personalities, including puppies, seniors, and anxious dogs. Until recently, we cared for our senior dog with a slew of genetic health issues who has since passed and our current dog has ongoing eye care needs. Because of this, we are comfortable administering eye drops and ointments, oral medications, ear ointments, and we are happy to learn any medication routine your pet requires. Our current dog also came to us completely untrained and not housebroken, so we understand the patience and consistency it takes to help dogs learn new routines. We’re happy to continue potty training and reinforce positive habits while your puppy stays with us. Since we both work from home, your dog won’t be left along for long periods and will receive plenty of attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. Our current dog reads social cues very well and is great at helping new dogs feel comfortable. Above all, we treat every pet like they are part of the family. We know how important it is to trust someone with your best friend and we will make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. Pet care is a part of our daily routine. We both work hybrid schedules, so someone is always home to provide supervision, companionship, and care. Our dog enjoys 3 walks a day, including 1 longer walk or outing. We are happy to adjust that routine to fit your pets needs. We’re also available most weekends. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly home where dogs are treated like family. We live in an apartment at ground level with easy access to parks and potty areas. Because someone is always home, your dog will receive constant supervision, plenty of attention, and a consistent routine. Well follow your pet’s feeding schedule, exercise needs, medication routine, and any special instructions to help them feel safe and at home.
“Heath and Amy were amazing! Super flexible with all drop off and pickup needs, they have a lovely family that clearly love animals. Our dog was super happy to spend over a week with them which isn't super common as she is typically a bit nervous about new home environments. Not in this case, she made herself right at home thanks to their welcoming presence and their own pup was the perfect playmate. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future dogsitting needs.”

“Our dog Taro stayed with Kyle for boarding while we were on an extended weekend vacation. It was our 1st time using Rover for him after 5 years of having him and I was feeling nervous about it. During our meet and greet, Kyle asked great questions and made us feel at ease about him staying with her and her pup Junie.
