About: I have extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, pigs, cattle, and horses. My passion for animal care began early through participation in 4-H, where I gained foundational knowledge in animal husbandry and responsibility. previously three years, I’ve worked on a horse ranch, assisting with breeding operations and providing daily care. I’ve also served as a trusted house and animal sitter for the ranch owners, ensuring the well-being of all animals in their absence. My background has equipped me with strong skills in feeding, grooming, basic medical care, and overall animal management. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I’m available for regular feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special needs a pet may have—without having to leave them alone for long periods. Working from home also means I can easily adjust my schedule to meet the needs of each pet, whether that’s administering medications, offering extra outdoor breaks, or simply providing companionship and supervision. Pets in my care are never left feeling neglected—they’re part of my day, every day. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, my top priorities are safety, trust, and creating a calm, loving environment. I treat every animal as if they were my own, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure. At my home, I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and get plenty of exercise and fresh air. I supervise outdoor time closely to ensure they stay safe and happy. Inside, pets have a clean, cozy space with plenty of attention, affection, and consistency in their routines. When working in a client’s home, I respect their rules and preferences while keeping the pet’s needs front and center. I maintain familiar feeding schedules, provide enrichment, and create a stress-free environment. I always prioritize open communication and updates to build trust with both pets and their owners.

“Jerri was absolutely amazing with Milo! This was my first experience with boarding and she made me feel comfortable with her communication and frequent updates! 100% will be coming back!”
