Start your day in Philadelphia with a visit to the Schulykill River Park Dog Run, where a shaded area and water fountain will help you beat the heat. Next up, grab a fair-trade cup of iced coffee from Good Karma Cafe. Turn right onto S 25th Street and turn left on Panama Street before turning right onto S 23rd St. After skirting around Fitler Square, turn left onto Panama St and then a quick right onto S 22nd St and the destination will be on the right.
Next up, it’s time for delicious house-made dog treats from Metropolitan Bakery near Rittenhouse Square. Head North on S 22nd St toward Panama St and turn right onto Spruce Street before turning left onto S 19th St. The destination will be on the left.
Finish the day at another stellar dog park on Washington Square by heading south on S 19th St toward Spruce St, then turning left onto Lombard St, before turning right onto S 11th st. Finally, turn left onto Rodman St and the destination, Seger Dog Park, will be on the left.

The grassy hill of Seger Park gives dogs a safe, dedicated space for off-leash play. The Seger Park Dog Owner’s Association (SPDOA), a non-profit, does much more than provide a clean, fun area.
