Total Distance: 1.7 miles / 33 minutes of walking
Start your day in Indianapolis on the Monon Rail Trail. For a manageable walk, we recommend joining at Canterbury Park near the vibrant Broad Ripple neighborhood, where the trail got its start. After a 1.5-mile stroll on the trail, stop to grab a bite to eat at Fire By The Monon, a local favorite restaurant.
From the trail, take a left onto E Coil Street and the restaurant will be on the right at the corner of Ferguson. If your dog isn’t tapped out on treats, then head to BRICS for some dog-friendly ice cream! Head east on E Coil toward Cornell Avenue and take a right. Turn left on E 64th and your destination will be on the right.
