12. Kaitlin H.
About: Yes, I am the person greeting your dog first. I can't help it! I've lived with and cared for all kinds of dogs, from pugs to pitties. I looked after an 17 year old hound dog, and have most recently been enjoying the adventure of raising a rottie boy from a pup. I've done all manner of clean ups, managed medicine schedules, and walked at every pace you can imagine in any weather you can imagine. I'm keen on helping pups meet their needs, be it exercise, play, training, or even a lil' hip massage. I'm in! Caring for my own pup helped me to heal from workplace burnout, so I'm working to make pet care a larger part of my life. That said, I am working part-time and have a lot of flexibility, particularly when I have ample notice or a consistent schedule. At the same time, the nature of my work now means I'm sometimes available on short notice, too. When caring for your pet in their home, I'm always happy to follow any instruction you have, and I'm big on leaving no trace that I've been there. I'm comfortable being captured on your pet cam, and will always triple-check that I've adequately secured both your pet and your home when leaving. Should your dog come to stay with me and my pup (2.5 yrs), they'll be in a two story home with a fenced in yard. I have a medium and large crate on site, as well as a small soft crate, and a variety of gates and beds/cots. In instances where solo time is preferred, my pup can often go for a slumber party at his uncle's place if needed.

13. Olivia P.
“Olivia loves dogs. She is also very responsible and can keep up with any dog. No one is more qualified to walk or take care of dogs than her.”

14. Rachel K.
“Rachel is my go to person when I need someone to watch my dog! She is so reliable and always goes above and beyond to make sure he has everything he needs. She is really great about keeping my updated as well with pictures and videos of their adventures!”

15. Dennis P.

“Dennis did a great job with my dog Dexter who was high energy and at times could be a little aggressive toward bigger dogs. He was always timely and Dexter was always happy to see him. I would recommend him to any dog owner because his love for dogs is without question.”

16. Lauren S.
About: Hello, my name is Lauren. I am currently a speech and language pathologist looking for a side job that also includes my second passion (animals.) My mother is a vet and I’ve been raised around all breeds/sizes. I also have two pets of my own (a dog and a cat). I am flexible and always patient with animals. I have my own harnesses and leashes if necessary. I enjoy working with all animals and will care for your pets like they are my own fur babies (because I truly know how important and special they are.) If there’s anything you’d like to know about me or questions/concerns regarding your pets do not hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to meeting you and your loved ones! I currently work full time in a school setting, 8am - 5pm, and have weekends off. During the summer months I am available every day. I am flexible with staying at your home and will treat it as my own. I am able to follow any instructions you may provide.

17. Mackinna G.
“Mackinna loves animals, especially dogs. She always had a pet dog growing up and knows how to give them proper care. She is responsible and on-time, and will give your pet lots of love.”

18. Brittney V.
“Animals have a special place in Brittney’s heart. She has a dog of her own and takes Pepper’s care very seriously! She loves to be around dogs and would treat your dog like she treats her own. I highly recommend Brittney! 🐾😊”

19. Rachel B.
“Rachel has helped take care of my pups (all 7 of them!) for close to a decade now, and has done a phenomenal job every time. She is the kindest, most caring, sweetest, hardest working, most animal loving pet sitter anyone could hope to find, and will always put your pet’s health and wellbeing first and foremost in every decision she makes. Our dogs LOVE going to see their “2nd mother”, as they’re always treated as members of the family every time she takes care of them.”

20. Audrey U.
“Audrey I can’t thank you enough for taking care of brady! She took him for a nice long walk, was patient with his nervousness, and sent lots of pics to update me along the way. So grateful to have found you on Rover!”
