“Laura took great care of our two doggies! She was very communicative and I felt comfortable having her at our place. Look forward to booking with her the next time we need a pet sitter!”

“This review is LONG overdue - but I wish I could give Kate 200 stars! She was awesome! Our house/dog sitter we've used for years left for college and we were in a jam to find someone for a trip in August. I am INCREDIBLY anxious about having strangers not just in our home, but caring for our 3 dogs. I had a horrible experience about 10 years ago - I'd left my little chihuahua mix with a friend's family to watch while I was traveling for work and they accidentally left the front door open - little Biscuit got out and was hit and killed by a car. Devastated and scarred is an understatement to how that has impacted me when leaving my furry babies with anyone since. But Kate was warm and lovely and cared for our brood like they were her own. We have a large (HYPER) german shep, a smaller 30lb dingo sized mutt, and a small Chiweenie:) Our home was taken care of, our dogs were safe and happy, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to have found someone we can trust! We will eleventy gajillion percent use Kate again! <3”

“Cassandra provided wonderful care to my sweet boys ;) Plenty of pictures and updates were sent and all activities well documented. Will definitely book with Cassandra in the future!”

“My dogs and kitty were just as happy and healthy as when I left. Karen was very communicative and responsive with any questions and left my house in good shape as well. Thanks again for taking good care of my little zoo!”

“Alyssa is a sweetheart and took such great care of Elmo. She sent us pictures of him and progress reports to let us know that even though he has separation anxiety he did well with her. She's a great photographer by the way. Thanks Alyssa!”

“Amir overnighted with my 2 large neurotic dogs over New Years. He was super attentive to specific meds and feeding regimes, as well as their PTSD with fireworks and noise. I felt confident leaving them to Amir and came home to happy dogs and a clean house. Recommend!”

“Diana took excellent care of my 3 year Australian Cattle Dog for 6 days. She was great about making sure she had all the details for his care and instantly had a great connection with him. She was incredibly respectful while staying at my apt and went above and beyond.”

“We couldn’t be happier with Brionna’s performance watching our beloved 14 year old puppy. We’ve never been away from her for 5 days before and we could tell from the wonderful pictures Brionna sent that she was relaxed and happy, which made it a relaxing trip for us. I’m not in the habit of writing reviews, but she deserves lots of praise for what she did, looking out for our house as well as being a great dog sitter!”

About: Hi, I'm Abby! I've been an animal lover my whole life, and I've been taking care of pets in various settings (in-home, daycare, boarding, dog-walking) for more than ten years. I specialize in multiple-pet households, but whether you have one pet or five, rest assured they'll each receive the best care possible. I'm extremely detailed (I love a comprehensive info sheet!), and I ask the right questions up front, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pets are in good hands. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time and energy to devote to your pets. I prefer to work weekdays, Monday-Friday, but I am also available for longer in-home stays over the weekend with enough notice. I take your pet's health and safety very seriously, which is why I make sure I understand not only what their immediate needs are (food, water, exercise, enrichment), but also what potential stressors might be (loud noises, other animals, etc.). I gather as much information as I can up front, so I can anticipate your pet's needs as they arise. Knowing where the cleaning materials, trash, emergency numbers, and security items (crate, leash, carrier) are in your home gives ME peace of mind and makes my job that much easier. Once I have all the info I need, while you're gone, I can check back in with you as much or as little as you prefer -- I'm happy to send updates throughout the day, or I'm just as happy to take care of things myself and provide a summary when you return. Either way, I make sure both you and your pet(s) enjoy your time away!

“Tresha was Awesome! She’s responsive! On time! Mellow with the pups. She sat our three dogs while we were away for the day throwing our sons party. Appreciate Tresha booking with us on such short notice.”

“Claudia was amazing! It was our first time using Rover and she made us feel so comfortable that our dog and house were in good hands. She was so patient and loving to our dog! We would love for Claudia to house/pet sit again.”

“Nick was absolutely fantastic while house sitting for Gus and Goji this past weekend! He followed every instruction to a T, showed up right on time for each visit, and took the boys on plenty of walks. He kept me updated with pictures and made sure the pups were well cared for while I was away. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such responsible and thoughtful hands. Highly recommend!”

About: I'm an animal whisperer, of sorts. The dog that doesn't like anyone, 10 minutes in will be my bestie. I've rescued squirrels fallen from trees, I've played fetch with a dolphin, I've snuggled with a wild sea lion on a beach.. I was born into a house of cats and dogs, and took my first K9 handler training with my German Shepherd when I was 10. I have raised and trained many others since, and my first two huskies lived a healthy and unheard of 15 years! Now I live in a huge 6 bedroom house with a husky and a corgi mix, and two very sweet female humans. The house features a doggie door to the fully fenced, beautiful backyard, and was fully designed for dogs. They roam freely inside and outside as they please all day, but are generally napping on the couch, sun bathing outside our window, or playing fetch with one of the awesome pet loving people that live here! I generally work from home, and live with a couple of girls who love dogs as much as I do, so there should always be someone here to give them plenty of love! For boarding, our yard is fully fenced and the dogs have a doggie door for free roam of the air-conditioned house and large yard, where they will interact with our dogs and other pet loving people. There is always fresh water, lots of comfy beds and toys throughout!

“Esmeralda was amazing!! Would absolutely book her again. She took care of our sweet and wild Andy (even tracking down his GPS tracker when he inexplicably lost it!) and I could tell he was super well cared for while we were away. She was also an awesome guest in our home. 15/10 stars”

About: Ive been a dog sitter and walker for over 9 years before joining this app. From puppies to seniors and with different health needs, I have the experience needed to take care of your pup. I live in downtown Long Beach and understand the needs of different types of dogs from the overly friendly to very reactive and can accommodate to the dog’s needs accordingly. I currently have a 9 year-old husky and 4 month-old chihuahua mix I take care of at home. I’m currently in between jobs and have a lot of time on my hands. My time is most free during business hours but I am happy to accommodate to your scheduling needs. I currently live in an apartment. While it is a bit cramped, my husky is not territorial in the least and guest pups have an easy time accommodating to the space. If I am in someone else’s home, I will make sure to adhere to the rules and guidelines they provide me to take care of their pup(s).

About: Pets are family and animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets as well as caring for family and friends pets. I'm currently employed by Trots Dogs Walking, which has added to my knowledge and experience. I provide safe, nurturing care for all animals. I’m friendly and trustworthy putting pets and their families at ease with reliable, loving care. I'm currently working part time as a dog walker for Trots Dogs, so I have plenty of down time throughout the week to pet sit and love your furries. I follow the specific instructions and guidelines, ensuring all pets are safe, well-fed, exercised, loved, and comfortable. I make sure each and every family pet member is taken care of just like you would.

About: I've taken care of dogs & cats, including seniors, in their home for 3 years and have owned my own dogs for more than 20 years. I work full time during the school year but can still house/pet sit as long as I can still get to work for the day. I have two months off in the summer so can do more care during that time. I'm experienced with caring for pets in your home and have administered medication to cats as well (added to food or given orally). Walking, playing, feeding and loving on your pets is my specialty!

“We will only leave our pups with Serenity from now on! She really goes above and beyond not only with the animal care but taking care of our home. There was a freak storm while we were out of town and she helped us out by covering all the furniture and then taking all the tarps off the next day making sure everything was safe and sound. Thank you so much Serenity!”

“Alena was the absolute best! She house sat for us over the holidays and was so respectful of our space and attentive to our dog. At one point, there was a potential that our dog had eaten a berry in our backyard she shouldn’t have and Alena was super attentive and proactive about the situation (we’d never even noticed the berries before!). If you’re looking for a house/dog sitter, Alena is the way to go!”

“Issis did a great job caring my little Aussie Xochi. She took him on walks, fed him regularly, and played with him! She regularly sent me pictures throughout the days he spent with her. My dog gets very anxious when I’m gone so it was a relief to see how happy and carefree he looked with Issis. I cannot recommend her services enough.”
