I was very worried about Maggie in particular because she has separation anxiety and doesn’t warm up to strangers. When Elizabeth saw that Maggie wouldn’t eat whatsoever, she went to the store and bought some food that helped with her appetite. She even took Milo to the vet since nobody else could take him and began administering his meds. I struck gold with Elizabeth who went above and beyond to gain their trust and take care of them. About: I had three miniature dachshunds until they all eventually passed away from old age. I treated them as if they were children. I am very in tune with an animal’s needs and emotions. Animals that I have never met before, usually take to me right away. When I cared for my father-in-law’s dog for two weeks, he did not want to return home with him….lol. I hate to see any animal suffer or be in danger. I go as far to remove turtles from the road so that they do not get hit and I have tried to save numerous injured birds in the wild. Animals, especially, dogs, provide so much unconditional love. I am a retired law enforcement officer. Thus, I have a lot of availability. I am available Sunday-Saturday 24 hours as long as I am provided at least a short notice. I have a fenced in back yard that I always ensure is securely locked at all times. I would pet proof home ensure no medications or cleaning products, etc are accessible to pets. Also, I would only feed what the owner wanted the pet to be fed.

About: Over the last 20 years I have dog sat for my brother and a couple friends. I would let the dogs out to play, potty, feed them etc. My brother also has cats and a fish tank as well. I have had dogs and cats since I was a little girl. Right now I have a hound mix that is 100 pounds and his name is Logan. I will treat your furry friend like my own and love on them as well. About: I’ve had my own animals and taken care of neighbors pets for as long as I can remember. I have lots of experience with cats/kittens & dogs! I have two dogs of my own and a main coon cat. They are basically my children and I take pride in loving on them and treating them like royalty! I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule so I’m open to all sorts of pet care!
