About: Animal Shelter Enrichment Volunteer, Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. Farm animals too! Chickens, ducks, and goats! She was a camp counselor for 3 summers and also conducted a work exchange at a homestead farm for 1 summer. She successfully worked for Trusted Housesitters but has switched to Rover for more local opportunities. I work remotely part-time and have a flexible schedule that can meet all of your pet's individual needs. 24/7 care and attention for your animal! I understand your home is your sanctuary, and I aim to leave it as if I was never there. All poops are bagged up and properly disposed of immediately. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. I send pictures of your pets happy and healthy during every visit.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since high school and bring decades of hands‑on experience with cats and dogs of all sizes. I’ve cared for puppies/kittens, seniors, given diabetes shots, changed diapers, and handled everything from Sheepdogs to Chihuahuas. I have two small, friendly dogs, a senior cat, and a fully fenced backyard. If your pet is dog‑and cat‑friendly, I’m happy to host them short‑ or long‑term. I truly love animals of all kinds. I am happy to come over and check on your baby, take them for a walk (or stroll), throw a ball or play light flashing, or even daycare for them at my home. About: I’ve had my own animals and taken care of neighbors pets for as long as I can remember. I have lots of experience with cats/kittens & dogs! I have two dogs of my own and a main coon cat. They are basically my children and I take pride in loving on them and treating them like royalty! I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule so I’m open to all sorts of pet care! I would love to drop by for a walk, or stay overnight for a weekend! I am lucky to have the freedom of a flexible schedule. I will come to you! As much as I would love to have an animal slumber party, I don’t think my cat would approve. I will take care of your babies as much as they are mine. About: I've taken care of friends and families pets for 3 years. Comfortable and used to all sizes of dogs and breeds. Comfortable with kitties. Also completely ok with smaller "cage" pets (mice, ferrets, guines pigs, hamsters, etc.) I currently work part time Wednesday-Friday 9-2. But am available to go care for your pets before work, and of course hours after work as well up to 3 times a day. Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays I am completely open to whatever schedule im needed for your pets care. I don’t force interaction; I let pets settle in and I build trust first, especially with cats. I provide attention and affection when they want it, and I watch closely for cues (hunger, stress, overstimulation, fatigue). I follow all instructions precisely such as feeding, fresh water, litter maintenance, walks/potty breaks, play/enrichment, and any special notes. I am currently working freelance and control my own schedule, so I can customize the level of care required to your needs. I'm happy to care for them at your home or take them on adventures to parks, hikes etc. Depending on your pet's needs, I am available for walks, feeding, playtime, training, boarding, and any other activities they enjoy. My demeanor is calm and patient, able to babysit a senior animal with special needs or entertain the most energetic of birddogs.
