About: I have experience caring for all kinds of animals - dogs, cats, and even a chameleon! I live on a farm with my own two dogs, two cats, two cows, and a bunch of chickens. I would love to help take care of your fur babies! If you need house-sitting care in your own home, I’m happy to provide that. However I am unable to sleep in your home as I have young children. I can do early morning/nighttime visits for your pets, plus spend time with them during the day. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do have two school-age children who are home when school is out. We can chat about your needs and find what works best! For boarding at my home - I have separate front and back fenced yards for safety. My dogs are crate trained and can be kept separate from your animal(s) if needed. For drop in visits or dog walking, your pets are my main priority. You can rest assured that I will care for your babies and your home as my own.

We looked at Rover‘s website and found Jenna who agreed to watch our fur babies in our home for the duration of our trip. Our beagle is a rescue who has a number of special needs due to abuse as a puppy. Jenna did a wonderful job of watching both our beagle and our kitty cat for the time we were gone. About: I have done training with both of my dogs and have learned a lot about dog behavior and dog body language. Before getting into the pet industry, I was a paramedic for the last 15 years. I can handle stressful situations and I'm not afraid to get dirty. I'm the process of taking a class for pet first aid and CPR I would love during my down time to stay active by walking/ running with your dogs. I am also up for enrichment activities as well. My own dogs have been through dog training classes. I have learned a lot about dog behaviors and body language. I am truly one of those people who believe in boundaries even for pets. Not everyone wants to be touched, and others need to respect that. I always carry in my car or on my person, extra treats, extra leashes, and first aid kits not only for the animals but for people as well. I would rather come over prepared than nothing at all. If you need your dog taken somewhere I do have a safety crate secured in the back of my car. I won't travel with my dogs in the car without safety that includes your dogs as well.
