“Misr is very personable. She came for a visit ( which was with my partner)aince it was her first time dropping in to care for the two dogs. We first video chatted and I knew I selected someone with pet experience and a real love and connection towards animals. Both of us felt the sincerity and warmth immediately. The dogs, one of which is not social both liked her spirit. Misty followed instrucions and requests to a t, was prompt and thorough. So glad I chose Misty to allow us to be gone Christmas day and not worry the dogs were in excellent care. Thank you for facilitating a break away from home and lovingly checkimg on our 2 dogs.”

My oldest has problems with his eyes and she took care of him by cleaning his eyes and giving him his eye drops twice a day. I would recommend her if you need someone to take care of your fur babies. “We had Sarah come for two 30 minute visits Thanksgiving so we could participate in the family fun. We have a 1.5 year old very active Labradoodle so we needed someone who would play with and buddy up to Lindy. This was the first time having Sarah watch and check on our girls. We knew after the initial meet and greet we had picked a winner since she has a large dog of her own and a bubbly personality. The visit went great. Sarah was prompt on the visiting times and asked many questions during the first visit to make sure we were happy with the job she was providing. From the pictures we got they had a fun time playing ball in the yard together ! Glad we have someone close and flexible that can help as a surrogate. We will use her services again before Christmas and are conifers our babies will be in loving hands.”

About: My family has had dogs since before I was born! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and know how to take care of fur babies of all ages :) Almost four years ago I adopted my first cat. Fast forward to today, I am now a mother of two orange special needs kitties. They are my world 🌎 ❤️🐾 I currently work part time and go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On school days, class starts at 9 and I will have an hour and a half between classes to let a pet out to go to the bathroom, feed them, or give them medication. Then I have another class from 1-3. After that, I will be totally free to assist any pets. I also work part time 3-4 days when I do not have school. These are usually 6-8 hour shifts, but I can adjust feedings/walking/medication administration around these times. And when in doubt, I have several well regarded Rover friends that are willing to help out on my longer shifts, with client approval. :-) I have space to keep a crate for overnight visits and live in an apartment complex with some green space to walk and explore. I am also only a few minutes away from five different parks, so lots of options to check out. I have two cats that are dog friendly, but can be separated if the dog is not cat friendly !

During the school year, I’m at work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, but I’m available for early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and overnight stays. Weekends are more flexible, though I do work a short 4-hour shift every other Saturday and every Sunday. I treat your home with the utmost respect because I know I’m not just caring for a pet—I’m caring for a member of your family. As a fellow pet parent, I understand how important trust, safety, and consistency are. I grew up with animals and currently have a dog of my own, so I’m confident in handling daily routines, providing comfort, and creating a calm, loving environment for your pet while you’re away.

About: I have had at least one dog since I was born as I grew up in an animal loving family. For the past 11+ years I’ve been raising my own pack of three rescue dogs who I’ve trained and raised to be extremely social and friendly. They love making new fur friends. I currently work a regular office job, but am fairly flexible with my schedule and am almost always available on weekends (Friday - Sunday) and evenings. I have a completely fenced in yard and three friendly fur babies of my own that would love nothing more than to befriend and play with your dog(s). About: I have had at least one pet from the day I was born. I’ve also dog sat for my family many times. I helped train my own and others dogs the basic commands. I am a college student, with a very flexible schedule when I am home for breaks. So, I have plenty of time to play with, watch, and care for your pet(s). I am attentive and active when caring for pets. I can easily follow any care instructions and build a bond with the animal. I make sure to pay attention to how they are responding to me / things to avoid any incidents.
