About: I have fostered over 50 animals the past two and half years. Puppies, adult dogs kittens and cats. I have tons of experience with house training and crate training puppies. I volunteer at our local animal shelter weekly and have developed a strong bond with the rescue community. I also have experience administering medication. During the past two years I have met many animals , all with a different type of personality. I have been able to adapt and learn how to handle each unique personality. My time as a foster and shelter volunteer has really showed me what my true passion is! My schedule is very flexible and I'm usually able to accommodate last minute requests. Unless I have another client , my schedule is almost always open. I volunteer at the shelters on Tuesday mornings but I can always rearrange my volunteer days. My home is fenced in and I have crates for my own dogs, also extra crates for your dogs. My dogs have multiple play styles so I can adapt to just about any personality. I only ask that if your dogs are boarding in my home they are animal and kid friendly. If you're nervous about your dogs being around dogs you don't know, I understand. I can easily rotate the dogs time so they never even have to interact, as I have baby gates to keep them separated. I have a big fenced in yard so your dog will get plenty of play time. If you want boarding in your home I can do that too. I can provide plenty of love and play for them. Whatever you are comfortable with in your home just let me know! I also always will send tons of pictures. If you have puppies I can absolutely help with potty and also crate training if they aren't crate trained yet.

About: Hi there! I’m Steven - lifelong dog lover, experienced sitter and a pet parent of two sweet pups: a Bernese and a Chihuahua. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone new, and my goal is to make every pup feel right at home and every owner complete at ease. I’m patient and love learning each dog’s quirk and routines. I work from home most days, which means your dog will get plenty of attention throughout the day. On the days I am in the office (usually Tuesday and Wednesday) I can adjust my schedule as needed to fit your pet’s routine. I live in a safe, pet friendly community in Colerain with plenty of green spaces for walks. I also love taking dogs to parks for a change of scenery or staying cozy indoors for extra belly rubs! Safety always come first. All outdoor time is fully supervised and your pup will never be off leash unless in a safely enclosed area. I truly treat every dog as my own and want to make your time away stress free. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry best friend! My day pretty much revolves around dogs — and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Since I work from home most of the week, I’m able to keep a flexible schedule full of walks, playtime, and cuddles. My own pups keep me active and in a great routine, so adding another furry friend into the mix feels natural. Even on my in-office days, I make sure every dog gets the attention and consistency they’re used to. I care for every dog as if they were my own. At my home, pups are part of the family — they can lounge, play, and get lots of attention throughout the day. I make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, and I always supervise outdoor time. When I’m watching pets in their own home, I do my best to keep everything just how they like it. I stick to their regular routine, give them lots of love, and keep you in the loop with updates and pictures so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

About: I love dogs and usually bond quickly. I have experience with special diet dogs, elderly dogs, etc. I am like a dog chaplain. I will care for your dog (and home if needed) as I do my own. I work in an industry that requires back ground checks. I have cared for since childhood: German Shepherds, Rabbits, Chows, Rottweiler, Labs, Shih Tzu, Schnauzers, Terriers, rabbits, fish, etc. I'm available at various times with notice. If I am requested for in home care I will care for your home as my own. I look forward to supporting you in any way that I can. Blessings. I’m home all day a few days per week. However, I can do drop ins and house sitting daily. Morning, Afternoon and Evening walks are provided when in boarding or daycare. Weekend stays include park time and long walks. I have a sweet smaller dog whom is very loving and after getting to know your dog will treat them like a sibbling. It is important that your dog be okay with being crated only at night or if I need to run a close errand. Otherwise dogs welcome on couch etc.

About: I've rescued and fostered many dogs & cats as well. I'm a volunteer for a wildlife rescue as well and have raised squirrels, raccoons, chipmunks, opossums as well as skunks. When there is a need for help with an animal, I'm the person that everyone calls. I will care for your fur baby, like they are my own. I am self employed and work from home so I give my pets all of my time. I do not crate my dogs however I have an extra large crate TV stand in case I needed to. My home is designed around animals to make life easy and functional. I own my home, its a ranch home. There is one step in front and 3 to go out the back door. If your dog doesn't do well with steps, we can go out the front. We have a half acre yard in a wooded residential area that is completely fenced in. We are outdoors all the time and when my pets go out, I'm out there with them. I would care for your dogs the same way when in my home. My cats and dogs, co exist together great and my dogs love other dogs! My dogs have lived with fosters and foster fails! Pets are allowed on the furniture but not on my bed. In the event they wanted to sleep with my dogs in my room that would just fine. We have plenty of room and dog crates if we needed to crate them also.

About: Hello! I’m a Part-Time working Momma and we love animals! I have grown to enjoy dogs mostly. I’ve had a pet dog for a great amount of my life as well as other animals like rabbits, fish and snakes! Size or age doesn't matter, they are all fun. I love their energy and seeing how they interact with loved ones. I frequently help out family members with their dogs which includes bathing, walking, picking up their food and medicine. Taking trips or “car rides” are also a fav’ we partake in. Dogs are truly a pleasure to have and I would love the opportunity to provide care to your fur baby! I have open availability now and have one kiddo! We are up pretty early for school/sports and events so I am pretty flexible with boarding/scheduling! I have a fenced in backyard with lots of space to run and play. I also have a finished basement for those that are potty trained.

About: I have had 9 cats of my own. I have cared for kittens from age 2 weeks old, having to bottle feed them to senior cats who needed medication. I'm open with owners about things I find. I once noticed a cat I was caring for had worms and I relayed this to the owner. Another time, I noticed during a nail trim that a cat had a claw growing into its paw pad. The owner was so glad I caught these things and informed them. I have driven pets to the vet for a client. I have walked dogs, and cared for chickens and geckos. I am precise when following directions provided by the pet owner. I LOVE taking pictures of pets and will send them over every day. I have 4 cats of my own, so their care is a daily routine for me. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for other pets. I usually go to the clients' home for pet sitting cats or dog walking. Although, I have a fenced-in yard with a privacy fence, which allows me to have dogs over.

Shanikka took great care of Daphne and sent me many photos and updates throughout the day. It was hard for me to find someone who was willing and able to watch such a young puppy and I’m very appreciative of Shanikka and her family. I will definitely be booking again in the future!”

Dogs are welcome to relax on the furniture, and they can sleep in the living room or in the room, either on their own bed or in their crate—whichever they’re most comfortable with. I never leave pets alone while they’re in our care, so they always have company, supervision, and affection. I kindly ask that pets come with their own food, leash, toys, and any comfort items they may need to help them feel right at home. Every pup has a slightly different routine, and we’re happy to follow any special instructions to make their stay as smooth as possible!

About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my household since I’ve been a baby, so for more then 20 years I’ve had all different kinds of cats and dogs living with me. More then 20 cats ( not all at once ) lol but about 10 different dogs as well . I have a passion for animals and love to help and care for them any way that I can. I’m currently not working full time at the moment. I do hair sometimes, and a life insurance agent. I’m a stay at home mom that takes trail walks almost everyday. I play with the animals, make them feel safe and at home . Let them get to know who I am and open up to me . I will get any toys that owner tells me they like or treats and take walks on trails with me and park trips.

Our puppy goes to Holly's house once a week and has since became good friends with her pups as well! As a puppy, he is not used to being around other dogs and has separation anxiety whenever he's away from us. Now I am so glad he got to socialize with other dogs on a regular basis. “I’m a newbie to Rover, and a newbie dog owner. I’m a mama to the sweetest little guy, Pip, and he’s a huge mamas boy. In 2020, I adopted him from a humane society and was so excited, I forgot to ask about his story. However, I feel like I learn about him in different ways. I’ve learned he’s got some separation anxiety and doesn’t like being left alone. I cannot recommend Lisa enough, or thank her enough for taking Pip in for a day and caring for him. I was stressing out because I knew I’d be gone for at least 5 hours, possibly more. I didn’t know what to do with Pip and my options were unavailable. Lisa worked with me, was patient, kind, and understanding. Even as we first showed up, she talked to me and asked me questions.
