About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

About: I have had three dogs of my own - Bear, Snickers, and Annie! I loved each one of them so much and gave them the world. Now, let me give the world to yours when we get to have adventures together on walks, at parks, and at home with lots of pet cuddle time! I am a graduate student but make plenty of time to hang out with your pets during the day and in the evenings! I give daily walks and lots of play time and cuddle time each day we spend together! I normally dog sit at the persons home while I am caring for their pets. I find that this allows the pets to feel most comfortable and have the best experience while their families are away.

About: Pets have been in my life since I was a little kid. My family has always had a dog and I have a cat that I take care of like she’s my baby! I’ve always loved animals and being around fur babies. To me pets aren’t just animals you have they are an extension of your family! I work a part time job at the kenwood mall during the summer/seasonally and am a student at UC studying education in hopes of becoming a teacher! My availability is pretty flexible during the week Monday, Wednesday, Friday I only have one class from 11-12:10 so I will be readily available for virtually the entire day. Availability for Tuesday/ Thursday varies because my classes range from 11-2 which isn’t ideal for potty breaks or feedings but am able to negotiate if you have a specific situation that would fit my schedule on those two day. During the weekend im free whenever and can do mornings, overnight care, potty breaks, special feeding care, etc. While at home I let our dog out, give treats, feed, and clean the cat's littler box, feed the cat, replenish the water supply in their fountain, etc. I have a senior dog so playing isn’t in her cards anymore but I’m happy to sit with senior dogs and play with younger dogs. I also love walks and will take your pups for as long of a walk as you’d like. I even walk my cat in a pet stroller when the weather is nice!

Sadly, he suffered from severe separation anxiety and would not walk; but she stayed with him for the duration, took him out to the yard, played with him, brought him in after the 30 minutes, filled the water bowls upstairs and downstairs for him and showed him a lot of love. She also kept in contact with us to let us know how he was doing and shared photographs. We will definitely utilize her services again.”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with pets and even adopted my own dog in college. I bring years of hands-on experience and genuine care to every pet I look after. I’m currently available most days of the week and would be happy to find a schedule that works best for your dog’s routine, comfort, and care. I am a part-time student and will be starting classes this fall, so I’ll be unavailable on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM–2:30 PM and Thursdays from 10:00 AM– 4:30 PM. Outside of those class hours, my schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to coordinate a time that works best for both you and your pup. I treat every pet like my own. I love taking the time to get to know each animal, understand their personality, and learn what activities they enjoy the most.
About: I’ve helped out with family pets my entire life (dogs, cats fish, guinea pigs, birds, rats) but in my early 20’s rescued a Doberman/blue heeler mix on my own. He is high anxiety and medicated twice daily for epileptic seizures, so medicine is also something I’m comfortable with. I also now have a Maine coon cat who is 10, a 3 yr old shepherd, cane corso, mastiff mix with 3 paws and a 3 yr old golden/ Pyrenees mix. I work daytime hours MWF, so I’m available for drop ins before and/or after work on those days. On T/TH, I’m available for drop ins or walks during the morning and afternoons :) For the care and safety of both the clients pets and my own, I would prefer to care for clients pets in their own homes.
About: I have always loved animals and have experience dog sitting and cat sitting. I also love walking dogs since I love the extra exercise :) I’m great with scheduling and making sure to always be available when possible! One thing I promise to not be, is a flake! I love animals and have a dachshund of my own who I’ve raised since a puppy. Safety of your fur baby to me is always the first most important thing I value! I have owned multiple dogs over the years, including reactive dogs, which gave me hands on experience with different personalities, behaviors, and needs. I worked closely with a professional trainer in the past and gained a lot of confidence in handling and understanding dogs of all kinds. Because my entire family has dogs, I’m constantly around animals and genuinely love spending time caring for them. I understand that every pet is different and that some are energetic and social, while others need patience, structure, and a calm approach. Whether your pet loves playtime, walks, cuddles, or just having a comforting presence around, I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away! I currently work full time Monday-Friday from 7-4, however I am fully remote and my job is relatively flexible. Working from home makes life easy as I can bring my laptop anywhere, (with your permission) and work while attending to your fur babies ☺️. I am fully available on weekends and most holidays as well! While I’d love to welcome every pet into my home, I have a reactive dog of my own, so I currently only offer care in clients’ homes through drop ins, walks, and house sitting. The safety and comfort of your pets and mine will always come first 💕

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
