About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

About: My family has had dogs since before I was born! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and know how to take care of fur babies of all ages :) Almost four years ago I adopted my first cat. Fast forward to today, I am now a mother of two orange special needs kitties. They are my world 🌎 ❤️🐾 I currently work part time and go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On school days, class starts at 9 and I will have an hour and a half between classes to let a pet out to go to the bathroom, feed them, or give them medication. Then I have another class from 1-3. After that, I will be totally free to assist any pets. I also work part time 3-4 days when I do not have school. These are usually 6-8 hour shifts, but I can adjust feedings/walking/medication administration around these times. And when in doubt, I have several well regarded Rover friends that are willing to help out on my longer shifts, with client approval. :-) I have space to keep a crate for overnight visits and live in an apartment complex with some green space to walk and explore. I am also only a few minutes away from five different parks, so lots of options to check out. I have two cats that are dog friendly, but can be separated if the dog is not cat friendly !

About: I have 6 years of experience with animals. I attended the vet science program at Butler Tech on a farm for 2 years, worked at a vet clinic, dog day care, and volunteered at an animal shelter over the course of the years. I’m dependable, attentive, and passionate about giving every pet the love and care they deserve. Your furry family member will be in caring hands!🐶❤️🐾 I currently have free time majority of the days because I am no longer working but I am a college student. Monday's and Wednesday's I'm not available. Tuesday's, Thursday's, and Friday's I'm free to go take care of your furry friends. Overnight house sitting isn't an option but if you are in need for a sitter that will stay with them from the morning to evening I'm available to do so! I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own. I provide a calm, safe, and comfortable environment while following each pet’s routine, feeding instructions, and individual needs. I’m attentive to their behavior and make sure they receive plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable and confident while you’re away.

He brings endless joy to my life with his playful antics and affectionate purrs. He does well with all other pets, but we do have the ability to keep him separated if your pet requires us to do so. Outside of work, I have a young Whippet of my own, so I understand how important exercise, enrichment, consistency, and patience are for young dogs. I treat every pet in my care like they’re my own! About: My experience goes back to being the go-to walker for our family dog as a kid to minding my cat today. It’s not unusual for me to meet a dog or cat and become acquainted in minutes I work from home with a flexible schedule. Therefore, I can be on-call at various times. I’m also used to fitting pet care for my cat into my daily routine. I make sure to follow all instructions laid out by the pet parent and get clarification wherever necessary, as well as communicate any issues that may arise.

About: I've housesat and taken care of dogs for friends and family members since I was a kid. I've been told I have an energy that animals really respond to. I can no longer have a pet of my own, and I miss my dog every day, I just want to be around dogs again, and help out pet parents. I just opened a bar on my own so it is practically impossible for me to have a dog full time, but my schedule is also flexible enough where I could make sure to give a lot of attention to a dog on a part time basis. I am happy to watch a dog at your home or mine, I have a fenced yard and plenty of parks and trails nearby to walk around.

I work for PetSmart full time at their corporate office and would love the opportunity to share my passion about dogs by taking care of yours in my free time. About: For my entire life, I have grown up with a dog in my family home. I have experienced first hand how to care for a 2 month old puppy and a 13 year old senior dog. Since the age of 16, I have also watched family friends dogs, either doing overnight stays or routinely check-ins with the dogs. On those days, your pup may be home for a few hours while I’m in class, but I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks before I leave and as soon as I return. Outside of my class schedule, I have a flexible routine and spend most of my time at home, so I’ll be able to provide lots of companionship, playtime, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I’ll follow all of your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other special care your pet needs. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds - I have experience in dog-walking, dog and cat sitting and basic care. About: I have been surrounded by all kinds animals my whole life. I've fostered, rescued and adopted out multiple cats, dogs and rabbits since i was a teen. Having been a dog walker/ sitter since i was 16. As well as being Certified in cat and dog cpr and first aid your fur baby is in safe hands. In the years ive been taking care of animals gave me experience with pets who are high energy, low energy, old, young, different temperments as well as disabled and/or in need of oral medicine administration. I'm a online college student home fulltime, So it's fits pretty well. I take care of fur babies and can do school work in a day. Also if I ever need to run errands for a couple hrs have my roomate watch all fur babies. I have availability open now this year so you can also book months in advance as well. In your home or mine I will care for your fur babe however requested. I do board both cats and dogs, so I usually board dogs who are cat friendly/dog friendly considering I have a cat and board cats from time to time. Though if you rather your dog or cat be boarded solo due to preference or unfriendliness reach out anyway I may have no one booked. There is a small pet park outside my apartment and a huge park around the corner that allows dogs, so excercise and potty breaks wont be an issue. On walks and potty breaks I keep all dogs leashed safety comes first.
