About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

About: Pets have been in my life since I was a little kid. My family has always had a dog and I have a cat that I take care of like she’s my baby! I’ve always loved animals and being around fur babies. To me pets aren’t just animals you have they are an extension of your family! I work a part time job at the kenwood mall during the summer/seasonally and am a student at UC studying education in hopes of becoming a teacher! My availability is pretty flexible during the week Monday, Wednesday, Friday I only have one class from 11-12:10 so I will be readily available for virtually the entire day. Availability for Tuesday/ Thursday varies because my classes range from 11-2 which isn’t ideal for potty breaks or feedings but am able to negotiate if you have a specific situation that would fit my schedule on those two day. During the weekend im free whenever and can do mornings, overnight care, potty breaks, special feeding care, etc. While at home I let our dog out, give treats, feed, and clean the cat's littler box, feed the cat, replenish the water supply in their fountain, etc. I have a senior dog so playing isn’t in her cards anymore but I’m happy to sit with senior dogs and play with younger dogs. I also love walks and will take your pups for as long of a walk as you’d like. I even walk my cat in a pet stroller when the weather is nice!

I’m working part time at the moment and have flexible hours, so I have plenty of time to care for your pet on a schedule that works for you! I am a part-time student and will be starting classes this fall, so I’ll be unavailable on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM–2:30 PM and Thursdays from 10:00 AM– 4:30 PM. About: I’ve helped out with family pets my entire life (dogs, cats fish, guinea pigs, birds, rats) but in my early 20’s rescued a Doberman/blue heeler mix on my own. He is high anxiety and medicated twice daily for epileptic seizures, so medicine is also something I’m comfortable with. I also now have a Maine coon cat who is 10, a 3 yr old shepherd, cane corso, mastiff mix with 3 paws and a 3 yr old golden/ Pyrenees mix. I work daytime hours MWF, so I’m available for drop ins before and/or after work on those days. On T/TH, I’m available for drop ins or walks during the morning and afternoons :) For the care and safety of both the clients pets and my own, I would prefer to care for clients pets in their own homes.

Whether your pet loves playtime, walks, cuddles, or just having a comforting presence around, I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away! I currently work full time Monday-Friday from 7-4, however I am fully remote and my job is relatively flexible. Working from home makes life easy as I can bring my laptop anywhere, (with your permission) and work while attending to your fur babies ☺️. I am fully available on weekends and most holidays as well! While I’d love to welcome every pet into my home, I have a reactive dog of my own, so I currently only offer care in clients’ homes through drop ins, walks, and house sitting. The safety and comfort of your pets and mine will always come first 💕

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
