About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I currently have a cat and a 3 year old pit/cattle dog mix. I have owned multiple dogs over the years, including reactive dogs, which gave me hands on experience with different personalities, behaviors, and needs. I worked closely with a professional trainer in the past and gained a lot of confidence in handling and understanding dogs of all kinds. Because my entire family has dogs, I’m constantly around animals and genuinely love spending time caring for them. I understand that every pet is different and that some are energetic and social, while others need patience, structure, and a calm approach. Whether your pet loves playtime, walks, cuddles, or just having a comforting presence around, I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away! I currently work full time Monday-Friday from 7-4, however I am fully remote and my job is relatively flexible. Working from home makes life easy as I can bring my laptop anywhere, (with your permission) and work while attending to your fur babies ☺️. I am fully available on weekends and most holidays as well! While I’d love to welcome every pet into my home, I have a reactive dog of my own, so I currently only offer care in clients’ homes through drop ins, walks, and house sitting. The safety and comfort of your pets and mine will always come first 💕

About: I’ve helped out with family pets my entire life (dogs, cats fish, guinea pigs, birds, rats) but in my early 20’s rescued a Doberman/blue heeler mix on my own. He is high anxiety and medicated twice daily for epileptic seizures, so medicine is also something I’m comfortable with. I also now have a Maine coon cat who is 10, a 3 yr old shepherd, cane corso, mastiff mix with 3 paws and a 3 yr old golden/ Pyrenees mix. I work daytime hours MWF, so I’m available for drop ins before and/or after work on those days. On T/TH, I’m available for drop ins or walks during the morning and afternoons :) For the care and safety of both the clients pets and my own, I would prefer to care for clients pets in their own homes.

About: My family has had dogs since before I was born! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and know how to take care of fur babies of all ages :) Almost four years ago I adopted my first cat. Fast forward to today, I am now a mother of two orange special needs kitties. They are my world 🌎 ❤️🐾 I currently work part time and go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On school days, class starts at 9 and I will have an hour and a half between classes to let a pet out to go to the bathroom, feed them, or give them medication. Then I have another class from 1-3. After that, I will be totally free to assist any pets. I also work part time 3-4 days when I do not have school. These are usually 6-8 hour shifts, but I can adjust feedings/walking/medication administration around these times. And when in doubt, I have several well regarded Rover friends that are willing to help out on my longer shifts, with client approval. :-) I have space to keep a crate for overnight visits and live in an apartment complex with some green space to walk and explore. I am also only a few minutes away from five different parks, so lots of options to check out. I have two cats that are dog friendly, but can be separated if the dog is not cat friendly !

About: I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve just recently introduced a cat into our dog family and it’s been such a pleasure caring for my babies. I would love to do the same for someone else! I am available at the moment to work any day weekday and weekend, I currently have no restrictions to when I can not do it. I enjoy doing enrichment activities with the animals and playing with them to stimulate their mind. I also like to cuddle with my dogs whenever they want chill time.

About: For my entire life, I have grown up with a dog in my family home. I have experienced first hand how to care for a 2 month old puppy and a 13 year old senior dog. Since the age of 16, I have also watched family friends dogs, either doing overnight stays or routinely check-ins with the dogs. As a graduate student, I have classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On those days, your pup may be home for a few hours while I’m in class, but I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks before I leave and as soon as I return. Outside of my class schedule, I have a flexible routine and spend most of my time at home, so I’ll be able to provide lots of companionship, playtime, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I’ll follow all of your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other special care your pet needs. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, and I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel the most comfortable. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. I love cleaning and doing daily chores, so that will never be a problem for me! I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. My priority is making sure both you and your pet have peace of mind.

About: I have always grown up with pets and started getting into providing my services outside of family and immediate friends in the past couple of years. I work well with cats and dogs and would love to work with your schedule to do all that is wanted and needed for your furr baby. I am a medical imaging tech for TriHealth full time! I love what I do, but am always trying to incorporate animals into my life. I have a cat and a dog of my own that I love so much. I am 26 and child free so looking to utilize my free time. Prefer to work from your home! My home has a kitty and puppy that are high energy and love their own space. Can do periodic check-ins or stay there overnight/ throughout the day, whatever you are more comfortable with. I live close to furfield so we can have play dates with other dogs as well!

About: I currently work as a veterinary technician and have been in the veterinary medicine field for six years. Growing up, I had a feisty miniature dachshund and a goofy golden retriever. When I moved out, I got my own dynamic duo over the years- a chihuahua mix (Brulee- like the dessert crème Brulee) and three years later an Australian shepherd mix (muffin). Brulee was a very opinionated and particular girl while muffin is a gentle soul and afraid of her own shadow. I am fear free certified and have been since I entered the vet med field, it is something that is very important to me and I practice it with every animal I interact with. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages. If they have special needs, behaviors, or quirks please tell me everything- I want to know all about your pet! Their comfort as well as yours is of the upmost importance to me. I love taking dogs on walks and hikes, allowing them to set the tone and pace- if they want to speed walk, we can do that or if they want to take a leisurely stroll sniffing every blade of grass that is fine too. I will keep your dog leashed the entire time we are out of the house, unless we are in an enclosed backyard. I do not take dogs to dog parks, unless have a well-established recall and if you request me to. However your pet wants to play, I am game- we can play ball, tug of war, hide and seek, or treat puzzles- whatever gets them excited! I am happy to medicate and feed your pet as needed. I prefer to meet you and your fur baby beforehand to ensure safety and it is a good fit! I currently work from home full time and pick up shifts at clinics when I can. My schedule hours vary so I can be available at normal or obscure hours. As long as we can find a window to make it work, I am happy to be flexible for you and your fur baby! I will care for your pets and home like I care for my own. If your pet has specific needs or if you have special requests, I will do my best to fulfill them to keep you and your pup happy, safe, and comfortable!

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always been told I have a “way with animals.” I have cared for small, medium, and large dogs before. Whether it’s a tiny tea cup dog or a large lab with more energy that they can contain, I’ve seen it all. I’m currently a senior in high school and play club volleyball. I have a part time job but am looking to gain more experience before college. Being a pet sitter and walking fits great for me since it’s a flexible schedule. I already take care of my own dog and cat at home and would love to add more pets to that list. As an athlete I am able to match your pets energy. I’m able to run around with them and throw their toys for as long as they may need it. I’m always down to explore new places on walks in any weather.

About: I have always been around various breeds of dogs from different types of training. I was always the one to jump up when it came time to feed/walk/bathe/pill/groom the dogs around my family and the neighborhood. I have always figured out how to comfort and help the anxious or reactive dogs, my goal was and is to just help these animals exist as happily, heathy, and peacefully as possible. I’ve fosterf puppies, fostered and retrained aggressive adolescents, and nurtured seniors. They give true unconditional love, I only wish to return it. I have a pretty open schedule currently, so I can easily adjust my schedule to make sure your pet gets the most fulfilling experience with my time with them. Although I cannot watch your dog at my own home, I am willing to monitor your dog through the entire visit to ensure they do not cause damage at your home or to themselves. I know plenty of ways to stimulate your pet inside and outside.

About: I absolutely adore animals and have never lived a life without them. I adopted my very own sweet dog Sage at 18 (as soon as I was old enough) and she has been the light of my life. She has taught me a lot of patience and responsibility at a young age. She is definitely a wild girl but I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Since I have a dog I am pretty used to all of the craziness that comes with them like leash pulling, weird eating habits, mess, and of course slobber! I currently nanny from 9:00-5:00 Tuesday through Thursday so I am try to find something to fill that Friday-Monday gap! As I spend those days walking and caring for my own pup I figured I might as well look to see if I can help others! I am a very alert person when it comes to my dog as she is very shy and scared around certain things so I would have course be the same with anyone else’s dog! I would never want to put someone else’s baby in harms way so I am very cautious.

About: I have a little over 3 years of experience caring for my friends and family’s dogs. They have entrusted me in walking their furbabies when they are unable to, feed and bathe them while they are away, and watch them for extended periods of time. I am currently available Monday-Friday after 4 pm to walk your dogs, or check in on them and feed them if you are away. Weekends I have an open Availability. And for extended stays I am available whenever. I do have a full time job however, I work 10 mins up the road and can check in on the dogs while on break. I live in a gated community and we have plenty of outdoor space to walk your dogs or let them out for some freedom. I do have a 7 yr old son who loves to play and entertain dogs.& I have a cage available if need be however they are free to roam the house.
