About: I currently work as a veterinary technician and have been in the veterinary medicine field for six years. Growing up, I had a feisty miniature dachshund and a goofy golden retriever. When I moved out, I got my own dynamic duo over the years- a chihuahua mix (Brulee- like the dessert crème Brulee) and three years later an Australian shepherd mix (muffin). Brulee was a very opinionated and particular girl while muffin is a gentle soul and afraid of her own shadow. I am fear free certified and have been since I entered the vet med field, it is something that is very important to me and I practice it with every animal I interact with. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and ages. If they have special needs, behaviors, or quirks please tell me everything- I want to know all about your pet! Their comfort as well as yours is of the upmost importance to me. I love taking dogs on walks and hikes, allowing them to set the tone and pace- if they want to speed walk, we can do that or if they want to take a leisurely stroll sniffing every blade of grass that is fine too. I will keep your dog leashed the entire time we are out of the house, unless we are in an enclosed backyard. I do not take dogs to dog parks, unless have a well-established recall and if you request me to. However your pet wants to play, I am game- we can play ball, tug of war, hide and seek, or treat puzzles- whatever gets them excited! I am happy to medicate and feed your pet as needed. I prefer to meet you and your fur baby beforehand to ensure safety and it is a good fit! I currently work from home full time and pick up shifts at clinics when I can. My schedule hours vary so I can be available at normal or obscure hours. As long as we can find a window to make it work, I am happy to be flexible for you and your fur baby! I will care for your pets and home like I care for my own. If your pet has specific needs or if you have special requests, I will do my best to fulfill them to keep you and your pup happy, safe, and comfortable!

I myself have 2 German Shepards who I have trained myself. I have experience with puppies, older dogs who need a little more attention, reactive dogs, everything under the sun truly ! About: I've rescued and fostered many dogs & cats. I'm a volunteer for a wildlife rescue and care for all animals. I treat your furbaby like my own. I've never had an animal escape or get hurt on my watch. I am self employed and work from home so I give my pets all of my time. I do not crate my dogs however I have an extra large crate TV stand in case I needed to. My home is designed around animals to make life easy and functional. I own my home, its a ranch home. There is one step in front and 3 to go out the back door. If your dog doesn't do well with steps, we can go out the front. We have a half acre yard in a wooded residential area that is completely fenced in. We are outdoors all the time and when my pets go out, I'm out there with them. I would care for your dogs the same way when in my home. My cats and dogs, co exist together great and my dogs love other dogs! My dogs have lived with fosters and foster fails! Pets are allowed on the furniture but not on my bed. In the event they wanted to sleep with my dogs in my room that would just fine. We have plenty of room and dog crates if we needed to crate them also.
