I really liked that before our first booking, Haydenn requested a meet and greet to make sure he was only accepting well-behaved dogs. While we were gone, we got regular updates about Hugo and he came back happy and healthy. :) Haydenn was also very flexible with drop off and pick up. Our flight was delayed coming home and he was very accommodating. We will definitely continue using Haydenn in the future!”

“This was our first time boarding our dog with Stephanie. I give her the highest ratings for the many photos and updates on how Annie was doing, the backyard runs walks and dog park visits. Annie is an exuberant, loving big puppy and a handful but Stephanie took her with ease and assured us that she would fit in nicely with her two lovely dogs. And she did. Lots of playtime and attention. Also, Annie had to go on a few medications just before bringing her to board and, again, Stephanie handled the last minute request to take care of the administration of medication and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely request Stephanie again.”
