“I want to thank Hailey so much for dropping in on my dog last min for two days while I left for a last min trip. She came on time, very professional and sweet. She walked my dog and feed him. Even cleaned up his mess from him ripping up his bed. Definitely would book again with her.”

About: I have an extensive background with caring and loving dogs! I had a French Bulldog named Stitch who stole my heart and helped me fall in love with the hearts and souls of all animals! When my baby passed away at almost 12 years old, I began fostering puppies and dogs from Paws of Atlanta. ***Note:*** ❤️🐶People friendly! ❤️🐶 **VIP (Very Important Pup) status for all pups! 😁 **Availability on Fridays are evening hours with some exceptions depending on the week.*** **We can discuss those conditions as it applies to your request! ***Special Requests can be made for my unavailable weekdays, only if I don’t currently have a pup! We can discuss those conditions, if requested!*** ***Unable to accommodate Aggressive Breeds (small puppies of those breeds are okay)! **For the continued safety and security of all fur babies during bookings, I only accept ONE family’s pets at a time for boarding and/or daycare in my home. Up to 3 pets, unless family has a special request for additional pets. I have a fenced yard which is accessible to fur babies often during their stay. Pets can be crated if owners are working on crate training or at owner’s request. Pets are also welcomed to sleep in my bedroom.
“Kaytee provided excellent pet sitting service. She was responsible, punctual, and took great care of my cat and dog. She followed all the instructions we provided, ensuring a stress-free experience for us and our pets. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing sitter! Can’t say enough good things about Kaleigh. She took care of our 5 cats and 2 dogs and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professionally and communicative. I would used again in a heartbeat. A+++++++”

About: I’ve never had a time in my life where I didn’t have a pet. I’ve lived with up to four dogs of all different breeds and ages, and I’ve owned two cats in my life. I’ve also fostered two dogs and one cat! I’ve done some minor training with my own pets, like simple “sit,” “shake,” and “stay” commands. I even got my cat to do a couple tricks! I started petsitting for family members and neighbors a few years ago, and I look forward to making new furry friends! I’m a PhD student working on my dissertation, so I’m always looking for things to add to my day that give me a break from writing! I usually write while I keep an eye on my own pets, and use playtime and walks as an excuse to take a break from my work. For daycare, I have a fenced in yard with spacious room for play and exploration. I also have plenty of space indoors to relax and nap, and the option to kennel if that’s desired. My house is also home to one cat and two dogs, with enough room to keep everyone separate or to socialize as desired. For drop-in visits, I’m timely with feedings and potty needs, and I’m well in tune with an animal’s changing needs. I love playing with pets to give them some enrichment time, or to just chill if they’re feeling more like a low-key hangout. I’m a respectful houseguest and I always try to leave a place better than how I found it.
About: I have been pet-sitting since I was 13 years old and have loved animals all my life. I have personally had dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, amphibians, and rodents so I am ready to care for any and all of your animal friends! I am a part-time ESL teacher looking for rewarding positions caring for your furry friends. I currently work on Mondays and Tuesdays but I have partial availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Friday-Sunday free for your long-weekend trips! I know that pets are part of the family so I make safety a priority. I promise to look after your pets as if they were my own and keep you updated on how they are doing every step of the way.
About: I’m pretty active, so if you have a high-energy dog, I love running around, playing tag in the backyard, and tug-of-war (until I win 😌—gotta build my noodle arm strength somehow). I also have a 16-year-old Yorkie Terrier, so I’m very used to frequent potty breaks, gentle encouragement with eating and drinking, and being attentive to mood or behavior changes. He’s bed bound now and still friendly. He just has arthritis. I understand that your pet isn’t just a pet—they’re your baby. That’s exactly how I treat my own, and I’ll care for yours with the same love, patience, and respect. For added convenience, I also offer pickup and drop-off services if needed—just let me know and we can coordinate what works best for you! I’m currently a full time student online so pet care is an excuse to remain active and get out the house. I’m in charge of my own schedule and pretty flexible of my week. I have a fenced house for your pet to play around in. I do have a 14 year old terrier dog - he’s not aggressive he probably won’t play or run with your dog but he will slowly walk (or try to catch up) beside your dog in my backyard. I am able to crate your pet if needed as well. Whether it be my house or your house for the service I will keep you updated of your pet actives (food/ play/ sleep times) and a picture/day for you,
“Our kitty's enjoyed their cat vacation, having their house all to themselves. Elizabeth made all of that possible for them by coming to feed them, give them a little play time and keeping their pookie boxes tidy. Our cats got to chase each other through the house, chew on cardboard, eat, sleep and have a merry, kitty life. It was their best kitty vacation, ever. Thank you Elizabeth.”

“Fallin’s drop-in service was incredible. She made herself available during a crucial time over the holidays. She communicates extremely well and efficiently and she is very punctual. She spent adequate time with my dog and we are both very pleased with her service/care. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a drop in sitter”

About: I’ve cared for pets personally as long as I can remember. After losing my beloved toy fox terrier, I’m excited to spend time with more loving animals. It’s the best of both worlds where I get to play with pets without being too tempted to take them home. I’ll make sure your pets get lots of entertainment and attention. I’m currently working part-time and have the flexibility to help take care of animals. Sometimes I’m out of state for work and will update my availability in advance. To check-in on animals I like to ensure they have enough food and water immediately. Then I would abide by the appropriate instructions- whether that’s go for a walk or letting the pets roam in the backyard. I’d be happy to take the pets on a long walk or short run. If allowed, I’d even spend some time at a local dog park.

“I could not have been happier with my experience with Rachel for my 2 dogs and 1 cat. She went over and above to make sure my fur babies were well taken care of. I have already booked her for another trip!”

About: I have owned and taken care of cats and dogs as long as I can remember. Somehow, I became my family and friends' friendly go-to dog and cat sitter. I've taken care of labs, German shepherds, collie's, golden retrievers and more along with cats. When I had a German shepherd, I learned how to train informally through practice with my trainer and reading articles. I would love to be your reliable go-to sitter and care for your sweet family pets. I am currently full time at home with my child looking to make extra income, show her my love for taking care of animals and teach her some responsibility as well. I am available every day except for Sunday. I have a fenced in backyard and a safe neighborhood to walk around. I have a crate to transport a cat if needed but not a dog. Or I can come to your home too.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Berkeley Lake
We hired Donghao for daily drop-in visits to care for our cat over 5 days. He was reliable, professional, and clearly experienced with cats. Our kitty was happy, well-fed, and the house was left in great shape every time. Excellent communication too. We’d definitely book him again!

We're so lucky to have found Jackie and that she happens to be available when we need her! Her updates are great, she remembers all the needs and quirks of all of our cats, and she's so patient when they do embarrassing things (like barf in the litter box). Thanks for taking care of them again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
