I grew up with dogs and have had several roommates and friends with their own pets (both dogs & cats) that I loved caring for when they were not around. I have plenty of experience and free time! Also have a small Shihpoo (12lbs) that is a people and animal lover himself and will get along with anyone!

I have a fenced in play area at the apartment for dogs with a hurdle, rope swing, etc. and private walkway. Teddy, my shihpoo, can keep them company or be kept separate.
Ratings and reviews
I booked Jacy for an international trip, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. Despite agreeing on a specific daily visit time to maintain my cats’ strict feeding routine, she was very often late. When I asked about sticking to the agreed time, she stated that her day job gets in the way of consistency and that she relies on Rover for "flexibility" to drop in when it suits her. Communication was poor even when she messaged that she would be late, she still failed to arrive at those revised times. On camera, she spent most visits working on her laptop and eating lunch rather than interacting with my cats unless prompted. She also missed final details like taking out the trash. Due to the lack of reliability, poor communication, and minimal engagement, I would not recommend or rebook.
Jacy has proven to be reliable and is usually available. She does great with our 2 cats and documents the check-ins well.
Didnt do the job
Jacy was wonderful to work with and look forward to her taking care of the kitties again in the future. She met with me prior to taking the job on, was attentive to instructions, and did more than was asked in terms of the visits..
Jacy is wonderful! She’s very communicative and my dog warmed up to her right away. We had one hiccup (my fault) and she kindly came back another day. Reliable and easy to work with - highly recommend!
She was so kind and accommodating to my disabled doggo, with food, diaper and other requests. She is simply the best. Would rebook with Jacy for my baby’s care again ❤️❤️

Schedule
I have a hybrid work schedule and am home more often than I am not. Walks, grooming, treats, and more are all a daily occurence!

- Let me know if there are any special needs or behaviors to look out for. Definitely prefer pets that get along well with other dogs and people but if it is just something like leash aggression, I can handle that.
