Your pets needs is my #1 priority! I maintain a clean, safe pet friendly home. I do have a fenced backward if needed, but I enjoy going on walks in the neighborhood or play in the yard. About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and have always had them in my life! From taking care of my sister from puppyhood to her golden years to raising doggy fur kiddo’s of my very own, I take pride and honor in respecting each and every dog I meet! I walk my own pug and pomsky 4 times a day, as well as take them to our backyard dog park that’s incredible for play! Both of my own pups are fully vaccinated, well socialized, and are very excited to meet new friends! I am a college student full time with online classes but have a ton of time to pour into animal care and outside time! I cannot wait to see where this adventure goes! I’m a full time college student but my girls are already a big part of my schedule! This semester I have all online courses so am very flexible Aside from outright walking the neighborhood, I have a fully fenced dog park directly behind my house that has a one group policy! Meaning if I’m at the park there is a wait for others vice versa! Our neighborhood is a lovely daily walk as well with many doggy bag stations!

I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, giving pets attention, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I have school Mondays and Wednesdays from 9–4, but I’m available after school on those days. About: Hi there! My name is Sam and I have experience sitting for all types of animals. From cuddly Pyrenees, and scary-smart German pinschers, to spunky chinchillas, their best cat friends, and curious pythons. I have been through partial behavioral training for dogs (and their humans), and have experience with animal hospice situations, as well as behaviorally aggressive dogs. I prefer to keep the animal's care as consistent as possible. The more details you have of your preferred method of walking, reward, or preparation habits, the better. Trust and care are my number one goals when it comes to animal sitting. Not just with the four legged babies, but with the parents as well. That means all foster dogs get leash walked always and there are many mind teaser toys for rainy days. I feed in crates and make it a safe space for them to decompress.

About: I've had dogs my whole life until recently moving away from my childhood home and adopting 2 pigeons. Apart from caring for my own dogs, I've dogsat first neighbors and friends for over a decade. My experience ranges from tiny puppies to dogs the size of a small pony. I've even cared for seniors with incontinence issues, special diets and food-prep needs, and medications. Currently, I get my dog fix by walking dogs for the FXBG SPCA! I work a full-time 9-5 as a hybrid employee and care for my 2 pet pigeons. I'm a runner and love hiking, so I can handle high-energy pets. Most importantly, I just miss hanging out with my family's dogs back in Northern VA, so I'd love to hang out with yours! Because of my pet pigeons, I don't offer services at my own home. Raine was honestly the best cat sitter I’ve had on this app! I’ve had a few great cat sitters over the years (about 5-6 different sitters total), but she truly went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. I lucked out that she was available on short notice for a holiday weekend. Over the four days I was traveling, she visited twice daily and sent me detailed and well organized updates about how my two kitties were doing and what she did each visit. She sent photos for each visit and even asked if she could bring some of her own kitty’s favorite lollipops to share as a treat. When one of my cats wouldn’t take his meds, she followed up about how to handle and she also located a few items I had forgot to set out for her. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my trip without worrying about my kitties being lonely because I knew they were in great hands, especially because they’d been fighting lately and she accommodated my unique setup to keep them separated. I highly recommend her caring for your fur babies and look forward to booking her again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
