“Misty was wonderful with my cat, Apollo, over Thanksgiving! I was out of state and completely at ease knowing she was taking such great care of him. She sent daily updates and photos, which made being away so much easier. I had just bought an automatic feeder that started malfunctioning right after I left, and Misty handled it perfectly, making sure Apollo was fed and cared for. It really reinforced how important it is to have someone reliable checking in, even if you have automatic feeders and a water fountain. I’m so grateful for her help and will definitely book with her again! 🐾”

“What can I say? Holli is simply phenomenal! This was our first trip away from the boys and there was some trepidation on our part. We booked Holli for a familiarization visit before our trip. She was outgoing, interactive and all about getting to know Vincent and Jules. We booked 2, hour long visits each day, morning and evening. Holli arrived, took care of the boys, spent time playing with them, ensuring all their needs were met and provided updates and pictures of each visit. Jules is the shyest of the two and it took a couple visits, but he was warming up to her. Thank you Holli! You are superb and we greatly appreciate your taking care of our furry family members. You are our go-to for any and all future Rover needs.”

“Ligia has been caring for our six cats for several months, for one to two weeks at a time. She is attentive to them and ensures that any messes are promptly cleaned up. She also brings in mail and will water the flowers. We are very happy with her services and highly recommend her to all our friends and neighbors.”

“Elena did a great job! It truly felt like she cared about my kitties wellbeing and even went above and beyond for them and my home. I will definitely be using Elena again and would recommend her to anyone!”

“Jessica is very attentive to our pets and she takes time to play with them. They enjoy her company and we feel at ease with her watching over them and our home. I’ve booked Jessica around 5 times and will continue to. Thank you Jessica Donna, Ziggy and Elizabeth”

“Amber has been a delight to Sasha and wonderful to work with … She responds immediately to calls and is very flexible if needed. She is a professional in understanding the special needs of an aging cat, with a worried mom.”

“Katherine took great care of our Sally. Communication was excellent and she followed instructions well. She is reliable, we look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend.”

“Bianca and Nicholas were great! They took wonderful care of our cat and plants, sent great photos, and were really communicative. I would absolutely recommend them, and plan to hire them again when we travel in the future!”

“Julie was a delight to work with! She was super sweet to our new pup and offered to come back whenever we need her... which will be next week. Very willing to work with my schedule. Thanks Julie!!! Love, Stanley”
About: Growing up in a house with a variety of pets taught me that animals aren't just pets—they're family. With a psychology background, I use positive reinforcement to bring out the best in every dog. I'm currently caring for my two middle-aged and senior dogs who need 10 daily medications, so I understand both puppy energy and gentle senior care. As a fellow pet parent and nature lover, I know how important it is to find someone who truly gets it. Your dog will get the same love and attention mine do—because that's what they deserve. I recently left my corporate job to seek a healthier lifestyle. I am in the process of building a business which gives me lots of flexibility to care for your dogs needs at any hour. Early mornings, mid-day, late evenings and even overnight! Just reach out and we will make it work! Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities in their own familiar environment. I keep your home secure with doors and windows properly locked, and I'm mindful of any specific safety concerns you've mentioned about your pet or property. I stick to your pet's exact routine—feeding times, walks, medications, everything—because I know staying consistent helps them feel secure when you're away. It's just me giving your furry friend the one-on-one attention they deserve in the comfort of their own space. I treat your home with the same respect I'd want for mine. I'll handle small tasks like watering plants or bringing in mail, and I always leave everything exactly as I found it. You'll get regular photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and relaxed at home. With experience caring for my two senior dogs who need daily medications and close monitoring, I know how to spot when something's off with a pet's behavior or health. If any concerns come up, I'll contact you right away. Your pet gets the same attentive, loving care I give my own-because home is where they're most comfortable.
“Paige has been wonderful! She left great pictures and checked in on Cinna, who I can tell has been happy to have someone visit him while we have been gone. Very reliable and friendly!”

About: I have a lifetime experience with multiple kinds of pets. I grew up with multiple dogs in the household, a few had behavioral issues but I loved them and I worked with them all the same. I now have an amazing rescue boy, Moose, a high energy black mouth cur. He is amazing. I’ve also had experience administering medications to dogs and caring for my parents elderly black lab. I also currently have four domestic rats: Theo, mouse, Baxter and Nibbles (1-3 years old). So I have experience in the small animal department as well. I have also cared for my sisters cats Beethoven and Chai whenever she is out of town. Feeding, cleaning and administering eye drops and medications. I am open to caring for any animal. I look forward to meeting your furry friend/s. I am currently in between jobs and am looking to supplement my income. I have a daughter who is in school from 730-330 so I am free to care for your pets in between those hours. If needed outside of those hours we would have to talk further and I may be able to accommodate. I just moved into a new apartment so I don’t have the set up to care for your pets at my home (exception, I have a room I could house your small animal/s for a short time). I am working on getting set up for home care. I currently am available to come to you to care for your fur babies. My sister has been very happy with my care of her cats and if you want you can reach out to her for a recommendation, just let me know.
Berea cat parents share their Rover experiences
Amber is always available for my kitty Sasha, who loves the special visits with lots of cuddling from Amber and her daughter. Sasha really has a different relationship with them that fulfills her need for a larger family I need them to be a part of her life for as long as they can. ❤️❤️❤️ I recommend for special needs cats and cats that are by themselves. Thank you so much …
