She sent pics and we could see he was happy and having a great time with her. We were very confident that he was in good hands and Natalee was very accommodating of our scheduling needs. “Taylor was *phenomenal* with my dog Hamilton! She served as his sitter for 5 days while I was out of town and was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole thing. Hamilton took awhile to warm up (this was his first time w/o me since getting adopted so it was a big change for him) and she persevered through all of it, showing exceptional grace and understanding throughout. My place was left spotless and my dog very happy and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody needing her services.”

“Maddie was fabulous! I am super particular with my girl! She has always traveled everywhere with me and I was in a bit of a situation due to her health declining. Maddie was able to come to the hotel I was staying at in O’Falon, IL and sit with Maddy while I was at work! She was very attentive to Maddy’s needs and very in tune with my emotions about leaving her with a sitter! She took extra steps to calm me and make me feel comfortable! She called me before I traveled to her area, and met me at our hotel upon arriving so she could meet my Maddy and get a room key for the next morning! She was such a mature young lady, very energetic and upbeat, responsible, and on time!!! I had her booked for the next day and she was on time for her sitting, she arrived prepared to spend the day with my girl just chillin and doing whatever she needed to! She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day! She was a great communicator, also letting me know when she was leaving and giving me a run down of medicine that she gave Maddy before leaving, as well as info regarding her feedings and bathroom breaks! I was so impressed!!!!! Hands down, I would hire Maddie to watch my Maddy again! She was the BEST and my girl was as content as could be when I got back to the hotel!”
