When I'm at your home, I follow your pet's daily routine and schedule as closely as possible. I respect your space completely and leave no trace once I've gone. I'm attentive to your pet's emotional and physical state, so I notice if something feels off and I'll communicate with you about it. I provide regular updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you're away. I follow your instructions precisely and care for your home and your animals with the same respect I give my own.

We got updates on our cat and dog every day along with photos, and we were really appreciative of the additional communication when our dog tried to eat something off the ground that he shouldn’t have while he was on a walk, and then again when they were concerned that the cat hadn’t eaten all of his food. They were both completely fine, and it was really nice that they seemed very concerned with our pets’ wellbeing. Our house seemed well taken care of, very tidy once we got home, and just like we had left it.”
