About: I’ve been a dog mom for over 20 years and lost my sweet rescued shepherd collie mix, Roxie, 12 years ago. Since then I’ve found comfort in caring for and loving other people’s dogs. Dogs are the best! I currently work part time teaching a few exercise classes a week, so I have lots of time and attention to devote to your pets. I’m available most days of the week, nights and days. I have a small home where your dog will feel cozy and comfortable, with 126 acres of woodland, a dog park, and rail trail to walk and play on.

I am open for all options and very flexible with any additional needs you or your furry friends may need! I have worked as a vet tech for 2 years and as a zookeeper for 2.5 years so I have a medical background. I have worked at a doggy daycare and for petco as the animal caregiver for 5 years. I have experience with lots of different animals from dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. As a pet owner I know they are like family, and it can be hard to leave them so I provide lots of updates with pics and I can be texted at any time. I am very active and love going on walks and giving your pets lots of attention! I am currently home full time so I have plenty of time to take care of and play with your fur babies. I am able to provide frequent potty breaks and checks. I have plenty of extra room in my house to keep everyone separated if anything ever happens. Plus lots of outside space to run around.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 11 years old. I’ve worked with a variety of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and bearded dragons. I'm currently in grad school so I work during the day. Weekends work best but I can also do weekdays; just ask! I'm happy to discuss scheduling with you. I was fortunate enough to watch a neighbor’s dog this past summer and I loved it. I have 4 dogs of my own. They are a chihuahua, welsh corgi, French bulldog and lastly a sheltie. My dogs are my world and they make life more enjoyable, I truly couldn’t imagine coming home to an empty house without my dogs. I truly hope that I can make this a full time gig and treat your pets as if they were my own and give them the love and attention that they deserve. I’m currently out of a job right now, so I do have plenty of time. Of course I do have my own pets and personal life to attend to but if you work with me I’ll work with you. My main priority is to make sure me and you are on the same page and your pet has the utmost care and love. I mean personally in my home, our pets are our family. They chill and lay around in the house. We don’t personally keep any of them outside. We crate our sheltie when we leave because she is still pretty much a puppy but other than that our dogs just roam the house. I do have experience in taking care of dogs that happen to be outside. Whether it be a building, shed or whatever.

About: If you're looking for a dog walker, boarding, or staying at your home to watch your pets then look no further! I have cared for many pets ranging from puppies to senior animals to reptiles. I work at the NC Zoo, so I am able to go home and let dogs out/walk them over my hour lunch. I do watch my parents 2 Australian shepherds whenever they are out of town at my home, with a fenced in backyard, and my 2 cats get along with the dogs fine! I am a full-time zookeeper with a rotating schedule. I am available for at home care, overnight care as well as drop in visits throughout the week! I have a small fenced in backyard and 2 animal friendly cats. If needed, I am able to close my cats into their separate room when I'm not home. If providing care at client's home, I will walk, feed, medicate and play with them as well as spend the night if needed.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life and been a house/dog sitter for 10 years. I’m currently a dog foster mama and have two of my own dogs. We live on about 3 acres of land so the dogs have plenty of room to run and play! My dogs are apart of our family so your dogs will become part of our family too! Can issue any type of medication as well. High experience, Iv had all sorts of different breeds through fostering! I work full time but I work completely from home M-F. Your pet would rarely be alone and if they were, it would be an hour max. I don’t have a fenced yard but will happily walk your dog on a leash or off leash if completely trained. I have two fur babies of my own who love to run and play with other dogs!

About: DISCLAIMER * As of 10/26/2024 * If i cannot meet you and your pets before the start of the booking, i will not accept the booking. This has become a safety issue for me. I will no longer be able to accept verbal verification that your pet will be fine with a stranger entering the home. (Exceptions are small puppies) I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10. My neighbor growing up had 4 cats, that I loved dearly! She was the first person who allowed me to watch her fur babies when she went on vacation! I've pet sat many times since then. Dogs big and small of all breeds from a little pug to a 100lb+ Rottweiler. I own a 85lb pit bull mix and a 10lb weenier dog. 🐶 They are my babies.💗 I can drop in anytime to check on your fur babies. Spend extra time with them. I do bathing, and walks also! If you need your fur babies to be crated, no problem! I will make sure their safety comes first. You can put your mind at ease knowing your pets will be taken care of! This is my full time job, I enjoy every second of it! So day or night I can always do a drop in visit or a walk! Your pets safety comes first! So during a meet and greet I will be going over a small list of questions to make sure I can take care of your fur baby to the best of my ability. With this I create a “pet profile” so when you need to rebook with me I’ve already got a reference to look back at. EXAMPLE; if your dog is good with other animals, or if there is a certain amount of food that needs to be given. These are just notes I make for myself, and so you can rest assured your fur baby is getting the best care!

“Emily and Taylor were fantastic!! We searched for some time to find the perfect match to come and house sit/dog sit for our German Shepherds and now we have found it with them!!! We have one that is a senior and one that can be anxious- so it has to be a good fit all the way around- they came out and solid two visits prior to the actual weekend house sit. They showed up on time for the visit; communicated throughout the weekend; sent us pictures; and asked questions for clarification before the visit and during if needed. Their personalities are great for our dogs who warmed up to them ASAP; they took fantastic care of them as well as of our house. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to others.”

“I don't even have the words to describe how amazing Carly was. I asked her last minute to stay in my apartment for three weeks and take care of my pup Fergie while I was away on a business trip. I was so anxious about having some at the apartment and about how Fergie would react while I was away but she did an awesome job. So many fun trips to the park, hiking, long walks and all with adorable pics of my pup. He probably lived a better life with her there than with me! I was so relieved to know Fergie had someone who would care for him so well while I was gone and when I came back, Fergie was happy, the apartment was clean, she even did laundry! When Carly left Fergie waited as the door and cried for her to come back. You could tell he truly bonded with her.
