Julie was excellent. We were gone for two weeks and she consistently went each day to let our pets out, feed them and play with them. She was an excellent photographer and we loved getting pictures each time she went as well as the report of how our animals were doing. We have a dog and two cats and I could see in the pictures that they were happy and very comfortable with Julie! Would definitely recommend her and would use her again!
We were first-time users of this service, and we are so grateful we found Andrea to take care of our cat, Leo. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure he was safe and well cared for after he got out of his room and started exploring the house. Even though she couldn’t find him on her first visit, she didn’t give up. She found him the next day, made sure he was okay, and sent us a photo, which gave us so much peace of mind. Andrea’s communication is excellent—she responds quickly and is very easy to work with. She also speaks perfect Spanish, which was especially helpful for my parents since Spanish is their first language. She even came by a day before her scheduled visits to meet Leo and learn about his needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We will definitely book Andrea again the next time we need someone to care for Leo. Sophia was absolutely incredible! My cat normally takes a little bit to warm up to people, so I was thrilled to see that in only a couple days, it was clear from the pictures that she felt so comfortable with Sophia. And Sophia was so responsive and easy to communicate with! I will definitely be using her again.
Cortney was amazing with my 3 large breed rambunctious dogs. They typically get along great, but are reactive with certain things, so i was looking for someone with experience that would be able to mitigate any issues. My dogs actually decided to act out during our meet and greet (which was embarrassing for me), and their behavior didn’t phase her one bit ! Seeing how she interacted with them, and handled that with grace, put me at ease and let me know they would be well taken care and in good hands while we were away. She kept them on schedule with their medication, food & potty breaks, which i also very much appreciated. I also got lots of updates with photos showing what a great time they were all having together 🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️, making me feel less guilty about leaving them for a few days to go on vacation :). Cortney even brought in some packages i had and did some house-sitting requests such as: opening / shutting blinds, turning lights on / off at certain times etc.. We will definitely be repeat clients in the future! Who knows, we may even travel more now that we have found someone that we know will take good care of our babies while we are away.
