Noodles need very minimum care but Jo went above and beyond to give him all the attention that he deserved. She got him chewing tooth brush, vitamins, and toppers without us asking. She is extremely good with updates and photos. Even though we traveled oversee but we get a few updates with photos with a short message, this help us knowing he's in good care. She makes sure he get his long walk and exercise with her. She has a good size back yard for him to roam around as well. I will 1000% using her as our forever dog sitter for sure. I'm very thankful for her thoughtfulness and warmth toward Noodles and our family.”

He was even snuggling with them both/letting them pick him up by the end of the few days which is super rare! He seemed so happy when we got there to pick him up and he will definitely be excited to go back and stay with them again.”

Alyssa was amazing! She went above and beyond for my German shepherd. He gets anxiety adjusting to new places and she showed him lots of love and was very patient with him. He got himself into a little trouble a few days before his stay and had to wear a cone. She was very kind to update me about his wound care and kept his cone clean. Honestly, the sweetest dog lover! Luca was also such a wonderful welcoming doggie to Hiro playing with him but also giving him space to adjust. She sent many pictures of Hiro enjoying his stay and at the end he was very happy! We previously had a small bump trying to find a new rover sitter that would calm both of our anxieties but Alyssa was such a great fit. I highly recommend her!
Marlo is the best! Our standard poodle, Jaxon, loves to vacation with Marlo. He is given frequent walks and he enjoys interacting with the other dogs. And Marlo sends great photos and videos my husband and I enjoy while we are away. We will always call on Marlo to watch Jaxon. We know he is safe and well cared for.
Laura is the most amazing pet sitter! She takes such kind, loving care of our two little doggies - both of whom require special medicine and lots of in-home attention. We just used Rover for the first time and were very nervous to leave our dog in a new place. Allison had us come and see her place and meet her dog Brody. Allison kept us updated with pictures daily. She even had doggie ice cream to celebrate our dog's last night with her and a special surprise for us when we picked her up. We would definitely use Allison again!
Giovanna gave us a lot of peace of mind during Rothko’s 4-night stay with her. It was the longest we’d ever left him with someone and she sent regular updates and photos to make sure we knew he was doing well. Hate leaving him for so long but know that if we need to, Giovanna is a trusted go-to!
Brianne was so sweet and took the best care of our corgi pup, Panko. She sent regular updates with pictures and took Panko on lots of walks and adventures. Even though we were mostly without service on our trip, she still sent updates, which I really appreciated coming back to! Panko can be high energy and she had no problem taking care of him. I have never felt as secure leaving my dog to go out of town as I did in finding Kim & Matthew and their beautiful family. My adorable dog, who suffers from severe separation anxiety, thrived under their care. They sent pictures and updates regularly, each which showed a serene dog enjoying a little vacation from the ordinary. Usually after a few days away, she’s tense and withdrawan, but this time she acclimated back to life seamlessly. In short, I couldn’t recommend Kim & Matthew any more as dog sitters for our local Long Beach community. I also walk away from this experience knowing I need not have anxiety about future getaways and vacations! HIGH RECOMMEND!
