“He was great with our dog. He made sure to take our dog out despite heavy rain. Will definitely book him again.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years—starting with my own two (a playful pup and a sweet senior). I used to run a dog-sitting business in my neighborhood, and I’ve loved every tail wag and muddy paw since! I’m calm, patient, and totally in tune with dogs of all ages and energy levels. Whether it’s puppy zoomies or slow strolls with older pups, I’ve got it covered!! I’m interning in Cambridge this summer and working from home most days, which means I’m free nearly every day for some puppy love! My flexible schedule lets me give dogs the attention they deserve—whether it’s a midday walk, playtime, or just keeping them company while you’re away. I don’t board pups at my place, but I’m more than happy to come to theirs—where the couch smells right and the treats are familiar. I treat every home with care and every dog like they’re my own. I follow routines, give lots of love, and make sure your pup feels safe, comfy, and totally adored!!

“Anna came x4 to care for my beloved cat. She followed all my (numerous & detailed) instructions, even doing things I did not ask her to do, but made My cat’s life better. She was in contact at every visit! I came back to a happy to a happy & healthy kitty! I give Anna my highest rating. Thank you Anna!”

“Karen was fantastic! Ximena was very happy and loved to spent time with her. She came for drop in visits 2 days in a row and even spent longer time just to give her some more company! We would love to have her again :)”

“Zijia took amazing care of my cat while I was away. My cat is usually shy around new people, but he warmed up quickly thanks to his gentle and patient approach. I came home to a happy, relaxed cat and a clean space. I would absolutely recommend Zijia to anyone looking for a kind and reliable pet sitter.”

“I am grateful to Sarah for taking care of my two cats while I was away on vacation! Sarah’s daily communications were excellent- I loved seeing photos each day and seeing the written updates. On one occasion, a cat had a hairball on the bedspread. Sarah promptly let me know and cleaned up the mess. She even offered to put the bedspread through the wash. Sarah left the house in good condition and brought in all of the mail and packages that came in throughout the week. I will definitely reach out to Sarah the next time I need a pet sitter! Thank you, Sarah!”

About: I had 3 family dogs growing up I had a huge part in taking care of. One of them required diapers in his old age that I managed as well. I used to watch after neighbors dogs and house sit in high school for dogs who required walking, medications, and feeding. They were mainly labs and golden retrievers. I got my own personal dog almost 2 years ago now when she was a puppy so I am familiar with all stages of dogs from puppy to old age! My current and previous personal dogs take/took pill medication every day as well. I currently work Monday-Thursday from 11-4. Outside of those hours I am free and very flexible with times. I also have my own car so I can drive or take your pet places if necessary. I live in an apartment building with a golden doodle of my own who is crate trained. When I am home she roams freely and we go on frequent walks along the alewife trail. I can care for pets as desired and fulfill any requests needed!

About: I’ve had pets since I was 10 years old. I currently have two dogs (Callie and Zoey). I have experience with administering meds to cats and dogs. Before having kids, we fostered dogs through a dog rescue. I’ve dealt with all kinds of pet personalities including scared, aloof and reactive. I can provide walks, potty breaks, feedings, medication administration and even vet visits. Currently a stay at home mom - my two kids will be in school starting in September. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate most requests with advance notice. I have the most availability during the school day and some evenings. Can also be available weekends! I cannot offer care in my home currently but I’m very aware of safety when it comes to clients pets. I have experience with escape artists and am familiar with martingale collars, double leashing and of course being extra cautious when entering and exiting your home.

“Jennifer looked after our 2 senior cats for a week, feeding & doing morning/evening oral medications. She was very reliable, kept the cats area clean & tidy & took such good care of them. We loved getting photos of them at every visit & reading the reports of what they were up to! Highly recommend Jennifer!”

About: Hi! I’m Yasi, a proud pup parent to two wonderful (and very different!) dogs —an 8 y/o special needs Bichon Frise and a playful 2 y/o Goldendoodle. Caring for dogs with such unique needs has made me patient, observant, and confident in handling everything from senior care and medication routines to energetic walks and play sessions. My schedule is flexible; my hybrid job allows me to schedule in dedicated time to give your pup my full attention. Whether your dog needs a slow, gentle walk or a game of fetch and belly rubs, I adjust my care to meet their pace and personality. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to follow any specific routines or instructions you provide — I know how important consistency is for our babies! My work is hybrid allowing me to schedule based on the week’s needs and most importantly, dedicate time to giving your pup my full attention. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and follow your instructions closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, walks, or crate time. I keep things clean, calm, and consistent, and I always communicate updates so you feel at ease :)

About: As someone who truly loves animals, I provide reliable, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether your cat, dog, or small animal prefers plenty of attention or a quieter presence, I’m here to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m reliable, communicative, and always happy to send daily check-ins or photos to give you peace of mind while you’re away! I’m currently a student enrolled in a hybrid program. My classes are all online so I have a flexible schedule. I will do my best to accommodate you and your pet’s needs! Whether at my home or yours, I provide a safe, comfortable environment tailored to your pet’s routine. At my place, they’ll have plenty of space to relax and explore, and at your home, I’ll follow their regular schedule to keep them feeling secure.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats pretty much all my life and would love to meet your special little guys and girls for a visit or walk My work schedule is currently quite flexible so I would be glad to fit a pet visit or walk as part of my day or evening I’m happy to support you in any way you need. I can visit your pet in your home or take them for a specific location for a walk

“Christina is our absolute go-to dog sitter! Since we work from home, our two dogs are used to having us around 24/7, so leaving them with someone else is a big deal for us. Christina makes the transition seamless. She has a natural way with dogs, and we’re especially grateful for how patient and gentle she is with our youngest, who can be very timid and easily scared. Knowing they’re in her care gives us complete peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Leo took great care of our pup. Thank you!”

“Melissa was great with Izzy and kept me well informed on every visit. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing that Izzy was in caring hands while I was away.”

“Anya was a dream cat sitter! She took SUCH good care of my elderly cat Arugula who needs four different medications every day. Anya kept me up to date with daily pictures and texts, and Arugula was calm and happy when we came home from our week long trip. Anya also watered my many plants, all of which look very healthy. I would hire her again in a second!”

About: I've taken care of pets for my entire life! From living with a senior dog at a young age to taking care of friends and relatives pets, I am comfortable around all kinds of cats and dogs. Let me know if you need any help with your special friend! Available all week long in the Watertown area! I am currently located in Belmont, and work remotely all days of the week. Happy to travel within the Greater Boston area. Transparency and communication are key in any relationship. I put you and your pet at the forefront when pet-sitting or walking. I will provide updates as tasks are completed, and clean any pet messes that might take place.

About: During high school and on until after college, I worked at the aquarium for 10 years and we did enrichment and target training with the sharks in the touch tank. I did everything from food prep to health checks and maintenance tasks. I was also a vet tech for 3 years in a lab and missed being outside and connecting with my clients in a more affectionate way. I have studied animal behavior and environmental science and can’t wait to see what else I can learn! I take care of my cat daily by feeding him, brushing him, playing with him, and watching videos to learn how to keep him entertained. Cat Daddy is the best!! Also, when I was at the aquarium there was a very extensive feeding schedule to do throughout the day, including food prep. I got pretty good at cutting up food sushi style! I like to know a bit about your dog and how they like to be approached so I don’t make them uncomfortable but mostly I wait until they come over to me.

“We loved having Maisy check in on our pup! She worked with us to set up a meet and greet and run through everything she would need to make the visit go smoothly. She was the first sitter for our puppy and he seemed to be very happy!”

About: I’ve had a dog for the past 6 years and helped train a lot of my friends puppies. I also often dog and cat sit. I am home all day from Monday to Sunday. The only time I step out is to run errands but someone is always home to play with the dog:) We have a big back yard that the dogs love to play in. And I will take the dog on a walk often. We are a pet loving house :)

Cydney B.
“Cydney is phenomenal with dogs. Big, small, younger or older I’ve watched her truly take her time to allow the animal to become comfortable with her and establish great rapport with not just the pet but the owner as well. I had Cydney look after my sweet baby, Diva, while I was away traveling. Diva was older at the time (14 years old) and required a bit more patience when it came to basic tasks like using the restroom and even feeding. I was so happy to know that Diva was being taken care of by Cydney while I was away. Cydney was so patient and attentive. Diva started her transition 2 weeks later and Cydney found time to help me with her while I was at work. She is truly a God sent and I’m so grateful she was one of the few people Diva was loved by before transitioning.”

Yasi A.
“One can hire someone who goes through the motions...OR you can hire someone who intrinsically understands dogs; their individuality and unique needs-and give them the attention they deserve That is Yasi. She has cared for my breeder rescue Shih Tzu, Stanley, as if he was her own. Stanley has his issues and Yasi handles him with gentle ease and he loves when she visitis and appreciates her. I am very particular about communication, and follow-through and there is absolutely nothing to worry about when Yasi is taking care of my Stanley. She also greets "the girls" (3 cats) and makes sure they don't sneak out. I highly recommend her for dog walking and care-you won't find better in the area.”
