About: I have been dog sitting for 6 years now I have been a dog lover/ owner for years. As far back as the can recall I’ve loved dogs. I’d be a great fit for your pet sitting needs! i have open availability since I am a stay at home mother of 3.. My children are such dog lovers as well. When ever anyone we know gets a new puppy, they want to keep it or take care of them often times we do allow the puppies to stay a couple of days, but not to long so the children don’t get to attached.

I have a lot of experience with taking care of your pets and making sure you can function without the thought of your pet being mistreated. I have been a dog lover all my life. I also have non-aggressive French bulldogs your family member can play and bond with. I'm available anytime time. I'm just a call away from dropping your family member/members off for a nice clean stay until you arrive home from work or vacation. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always been something I truly enjoy. I was a dog mom to my Chihuahua, Thunder, for 16 wonderful years, raising her from a puppy through her senior years until it was time to say goodbye. Caring for her taught me patience, compassion, and how to support dogs through every stage of life. I also worked at PetSmart in Doggy Day Camp for about 10 months, where I supervised dogs of all sizes, monitored group play, recognized body language, and helped maintain a safe, positive environment. This experience gave me confidence handling a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medication, as well as supporting dogs with vision loss, herniated discs, and canine cognitive dysfunction (doggy dementia). Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply wants company and affection, I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own. My schedule is currently very flexible, allowing me to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. I enjoy spending quality time with dogs through walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping them company while you’re away. I always do my best to work with each pet parent’s schedule and provide dependable, consistent care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I stay aware of my surroundings during walks and pay close attention to each dog’s body language and behavior. My experience working in PetSmart’s Doggy Day Camp taught me how to recognize signs of stress, fear, or reactivity in dogs, as well as how to avoid potentially unsafe situations. I also pay attention to other people and animals we may encounter to help ensure every walk is safe and enjoyable. During drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s routine, make sure they have fresh water, food if needed, and plenty of love and attention. I’m fully present during my visits and prioritize caring for your pet over distractions like my phone.

About: More than just a side hustle, it’s my passion. 🌸 -lifelong dog owner -experience as a wrangler, ranch hand, & foster. -worked in boarding facilities & daycares -shadowed & worked alongside professional trainers -volunteered at shelters, rescues & ranches. -Experience with all sizes, ages & personalities, from puppies to seniors, including pets with special needs etc. My Home☺️ - home 24/7, so our days have room for companionship, play, rest & more! - My mother currently stays w me, offering an extra set of caring hands. *You’re welcome to meet her, too!* :) - A single-story home with a secure yard for supervised play & grass patches on the deck for potty breaks. ⭐️My animals always come first. They eat before I do. Their happiness, safety & comfort are the first things on my mind, & when your baby is in my care, they become part of that same love <3 & I truly understand they’re not “just pets” - They are family. They know your footsteps. They find you when you’re sad. They understand silently, better than most. I understand why leaving them with someone takes so much trust & faith. That’s why I care about the little things. Whether they’ve eaten, whether they’re comfortable, whether they need to burn off some energy or just have someone sit beside them. Working with animals has taught me how to listen to the things they can’t say out loud. I would be honored to earn your trust. I want them to have someone who notices, who understands & somewhere they can rest easy ☺️ -I work from home, and have a very flexible schedule to attend to your dog's needs. -My mother stays with me, 4 eyes - instead of 2:) - My home is completely fenced in - safe for your dog to roam and run around supervised. -Back Door Screen is always open so they can go in and out when they please. -Can easily crate or separate the dogs if needed. - Neighborhood is safe and dog-friendly -Ac/heat on 24/7 for your babies ensured comfortability. I have a fully fenced yard, and two very friendly dogs. If needed, my pups definitely can be separated in a different section of the house, or crated. I have always put full dedication to keeping an eye on your pups constantly:) In my client's home, I follow every rule and expectation they imply. I take extra precautions being in the client's home, as I don’t want anything to happen to any of their stuff, or their furbaby.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.

Before booking, confirm:

  • the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
  • the care instructions the sitter should follow;
  • which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
  • how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.

Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first .

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
