“First time ever hiring a dog walker to check in on my pet while I was away, now I feel silly for always boarding my dog. Elise was incredibly professional, caring, responsive, and punctual. Got back to me same day to schedule a pre-meet to make sure I was comfortable before reserving the booking, took good notes to learn about my and my pet's needs, then did exactly what she promised to do. Even immediately checked in with me on the correct course of action when something happened I hadn't anticipated. I can absolutely see why she as such a high rating and star status! Will definitely try to book with her for any future pet care needs!”

“Emily was extremely helpful. She came over the day before to meet and greet the dogs, allowing them to open up to her more. She arrived on time every day and took plenty of pictures. When Astrid decided it was too cold to go out and tried to hide, Emily did her best to bribe her out of her hiding space (which we feel awful cause our room was rather messy that day). The dogs loved her and would choose Emily's services again!”

About: I have always had dogs growing up since I was a baby. I have been around dogs all sizes from Shih Tzu’s to Saint Bernards. I have currently a pitty who is reactived and been doing class with him. If you need someone to walk, run, watch or play with your dog(s) look no further! I currently work at a before and after school program. Was the program director, but now just work pm shifts. I’m free any time in the morning all the way up to about 1pm and will be busy until about 7 I can’t house sit at my house unfortunately at the moment with currently living situation. I have a yard for my dog to run, outdoor tent for my cats to be outside, and two birds cages for one inside and one outside.

“I can't say enough great things about Sarah. She is definitely on our top list of dog walkers. She is friendly, on time, and so genuine. She loved our dog and he loved her right back. Sarah took on extra walks to help our family at the last minute. I highly recommend Sarah and am grateful I found her.”

About: I grew up fostering animals from the Humane Society of Harford County, caring for animals with the range of young puppies/kittens to senior dogs/cats. And, yes, I’ve “foster-failed” a few times, and have multiple cats and dogs of my own. A house isn’t a home without a fur baby. I am a middle-school teacher who currently has full availability now that summer vacation has begun. I’d love to fill my time off by caring for your four-legged friends! Fostering animals with a variety of backgrounds, training levels, capabilities, etc., has given me a lot of experience with creating a safe and happy environment.

About: Hi there! I’m Maya, a lifelong animal lover with over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and other furry friends. I started pet sitting and helping with family pets when I was around 7 years old, and my love for animals has only grown since then. I’ve also volunteered at the Humane Society, which gave me even more experience with pets of all temperaments and sizes. I work from home, which means I have the flexibility to provide plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day. I also live an active lifestyle and love going on walks, so your pup will get the exercise and engagement they need! Whether you’re looking for drop-ins, walks, or daycare, I’ve got you covered, even on short notice. My home has a fenced yard, and I’m committed to making sure your pets feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. Let’s chat! I’d love to meet you and your pet(s) and see how I can help. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m able to provide consistent attention, timely potty breaks, playtime, and walks throughout the day. I love being active, so incorporating pets into my walks or outdoor time is a joy, not a chore. Whether it’s part of my morning routine or a midday energy break, pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize every day. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they have a safe, welcoming environment with plenty of space to relax and play. I have a fenced yard for secure outdoor time and can provide a consistent routine with feeding, potty breaks, walks, and lots of affection. Since I work remotely, I’m almost always home to give them the attention they need. In a client’s home, I follow your pet’s normal schedule and routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I’m respectful of your space, send regular updates with photos, and make sure your pet feels cared for, whether I’m dropping in, staying overnight, or just stopping by for a walk.

About: Hi all! My name is Julie and I’m a mom, nurse, and animal lover! I have 2 dogs and a cat of my own. I’ve been fostering dogs for 7 years, from litters of puppies to older dogs and I’ve been boarding dogs in my house for almost 2 years! Due to life changes, I can no longer keep pets in my home so I am opening up to drop in visits and dog walking! I’m available most evenings and weekends! I currently work during the week but have some evenings available and I am available just about every weekend for walks and drop in visits. Since most of my care will be providing services in the clients home, I will provide care however the client prefers. I’ll make sure to be respectful of the clients home.

About: I have loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up around multiple feline friends and also had a hamster and fish. Growing up, outside of my home pets, I often took pet-sitting jobs and looked forward to every scaly, feathered, or furry friend I met. As a Girl Scout, one of my favorite events was going to the zoo and working behind the scenes prepping enrichment activities. Moving onto my college years I took animal handling and behavior courses expanding my experience from your average household pets to farm animals. Currently, I have two cats. A 13-year-old cuddle bug and an adventurous 3-year-old. As an author with a kiddo in school, I have time during the time to take care of your animal companion! 8:30am - 3pm are the best, though I can make the evenings work with enough notice. I currently do not offer services in my home. In your home, I will follow all your guidelines to keep your animal companions feeling as safe while you are away.

She is also a nurse, currently in pediatrics, and a mother to 2 beautiful elementary school children. She is caring, kind, patient and never seems to be frazzled. I would trust her with my baby anytime! Also, her husband and kids love dogs and would treat your dog as they would their own.”

Mandy M.
“Mandy is an excellent pet sitter. Her experience with animal handling is evident with how she interacted with, and understands each animal individually. She is very patient and kind. I've seen her interactions with dogs, cats, birds, and farm animals and how she is able to help each feel comfortable and cared for. Mandy was even able to rain the trust of my skittish kitty! I highly recommend her for your pet needs.”
