She followed the schedule we had set, and I never worried if my animals were getting fed on time. Such a load off our minds so we could enjoy our short vacation. “Joellia was great with our Remy this week! She was great during our meet and greet and did exactly as we’d asked for our drop in visits. She was really communicative throughout the week to make sure she took care of all Remy’s needs and did a great job of making sure he got some outside time in addition to indoor enrichment and snugs! Our pup usually takes a few visits to warm up to new Rovers, but he was immediately comfortable with Joellia, partly because she understands really well how to interact with new dogs and help them feel safe and comfortable. So glad we found her on Rover and looking forward to working with her going forward!”

“Josie meets every expectation we could have for our first time "Drop-in" Daily caretaker of our two big boy cats, Jondular and Tonga. This is the first time we have used Rover and we are thrilled with the outcome. Before we always took our cats in carriers to places where they sat in cages and they were very unhappy so we were unhappy too. When we discovered Rover we were so relieved. Josie has had plenty of experience with cats and was top notch all the way! Thank you Josie and we will be asking you back next time which may be soon.”

She had a list of questions for us that lined up really well with the information we like to share up front with our Rovers anyway. Her first visit with our dog went SO well! I am looking forward to continuing to work with Jamie and have someone with this level of care and attention to detail checking in on our dog!”

About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 13 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish and do general housekeeping. I work Monday-Friday during the day, mainly in Wichita and I reside in El Dorado. I prefer to be in the Wichita metro area so that I can do potty runs if needed. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. If needed, I can care for a single small-medium sized dog in my home, although the dog must be comfortable being on a leash as I do not have a fenced yard.

Currently spoiling a playful puppy, I'm well-versed in the intricacies of puppy care, from training to nurturing. Having lovingly cared for an elderly dog in the past, I understand the nuances of providing tailored support and companionship to older canines. While I'm unable to accommodate overnight care due to my puppy's needs, I eagerly offer daytime care services, relishing every opportunity to engage with and cherish dogs of all ages. I’m currently a college student and I work remote, so I have a lot of time on my hands to watch your pets but I do unfortunately have to be on my computer occasionally if I’m pet sitting for an extended period of time. I do have a puppy at home who needs me every couple of hours or I can bring him with and stay for however long you need, if he is welcome. I have a puppy to keep your pup entertained or he can stay at home depending on the circumstances. I can also read dogs body language pretty well to help your pup be as comfortable as possible

She’s nurturing and loving to all of her animals - and teaches her kids to be the same! She even gets her kids involved in feeding them and letting the dogs outside, too! I would 100% recommend her to take care of your animals while away. She will love your fur baby as her own. She has done great with our lab and labradoodle.”

About: I love pet sitting! I’ve been doing overnights for friends and family since 2021. Pets deserve all the love with fun enrichment, walks, socializing and good for them treats! Making sure all dogs are happy, healthy and tail wagging is my top priority! I have mornings wide open with my job starting at 10 Monday through Friday. I have weekend availability when I’m not taking my puppy to training classes and her scheduled time for socializing and exercise, I have evening availability as well! I stay up to date on just about everything pet safety. Seatbelts, harnesses, treats, water and just about everything down to their toe beans is my priority. Keeping your dog as safe and happy as mine is the best!
