Pet Sitting in Benton

About: I have two big dogs, a pyrenees, and a pyrenees mix. I also have 4 cats, and 2 pet rats. I have experience with puppies as well, as our dog has had 2 litters of puppies. We live on a small homestead, so every day I maintain our chickens, pigs, and bunnies plus the rest of our pets. I have loved animals my whole life! I’m a stay at home mom, so I am free almost every week day during school hours, (or earlier) and available to help out during the weekends! We have a tall chain link pen next to our barn, as well as an unused garage apartment that can be used for cats or small dogs.

About: I was raised on a farm my whole life taking care of animals! I have a huge heart for any animal and always enjoy getting to know their different personalities! I have experience with diabetic and senior dogs :) I work full time in healthcare but luckily, I have weekends off! I have lots of time to play with and get to know your pup! I have a pretty big fenced in yard along with free rome in the home! I have 2 friendly dogs for your babies to play with while they stay!

About: I’ve helped care for a wide range of animals some being as young as a week old to being over 14 years old. I have loved caring for hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and the average house cat and dog. I have some free time with college classes being over for the summer and my student worker position that doesn’t require much of my time. So I would love to fill that time doing something I would love. At home I have a friendly and energetic blue heeler that loves to play ball and a senior orange tabby cat that is sweet but on his own time. I love caring and playing with them and any of my family and friends animals.

About: I've been an animal lover since I was four when my first dog came into my life :) I started pet sitting for family and friends when I was around ten, and it's been something I've loved doing ever since. I've cared for all types of pets - from puppies to senior dogs, cats of all personalities, turtles, fish, and even some farm animals! I have no problem giving medications - I've given insulin injections to diabetic dogs many times and understand how important it is to stick to medication schedules. I understand how pets thrive on their familiar routines and environment. I'll make sure to maintain their schedule and send you updates with plenty of photos while you're away :) I know firsthand that there’s nothing better than seeing your pets happy and relaxed when you can't be with them! I work remotely and choose my own hours, so my schedule is quite flexible! I’m a bit of a night owl naturally, so I especially love taking fur babies for evening walks, but any time I get to care for an animal is a great time :) I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, and everything in between for over ten years now, so I have experience handling almost every situation that could come about :) I’ve administered insulin via injection to dogs, fed both cats and dogs pills, cleaned up after them if there are any accidents, placed them in (and taken them out of) crates gently and calmly, and generally whatever was necessary to ensure that every pet in my care is happy and well taken care of.

About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 15 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish and do general housekeeping. I reside in El Dorado, but for the last year, I have been substitute teaching in the Wichita metro area. Therefore, I do have some flexibility in my schedule at this point. I’m able to do potty runs during the day provided the distance allows it. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. If needed, I can care for a single small-medium sized dog in my home, although the dog must be comfortable being on a leash as I do not have a fenced yard. Also, I am not a smoker or drinker.

About: I was a veterinary technician for 7 years and worked in boarding facilities as well. I specialize in elderly pet care and medicating pets. I love taking care of pets as if they were my own! I work from home and have evening and morning availability to frequently check-in and be with your pet! I want to spend as much time as I can with your pet! In the client’s home, my top priority is cleanliness and quality of care. I like to provide top of the line care and have owners trust me to do so.

About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs my whole life and I have also had many different animals like a hedgehog and a guinea pig so I’ve had experience with different kinds of animals and I’m willing to take care of the not so fun things like picking up poop, etc. I should be available quite a bit but I’m a college cheerleader at Washburn university so I might get busy at some times but I don’t have a job other than being a cheerleader. I would care for my clients pets by taking them on lots of walks so they can get exercise but also making sure there needs are met like going to the bathroom and sleeping!

About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. We have a a fenced in backyard that they would be able to run around in and the cats would be kept inside and fed. What food daily if you please. I have a fenced in backyard and two very very friendly dogs who love new friends. Your dog would be very loved and taken care of. I also have four cats who love to have new friends in they would be very loved and taken care of and would not be let outside at all

About: Hello! My name is Erin ODonnell and I am a 22 year old college student at Wichita State University. I am currently going into my last semester and am a nanny to an 2 year old girl twice a week. I am looking to make some extra money because I have plenty of free time around my classes, school work, and my nanny job. I thought rover was a good idea because I have always loved animals and they have always loved me too. I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’m patient, dependable, and genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am able to make time when needed! I have several available time slots in my day to tend to new responsibilities as needed. I have two dogs, a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd. Both are very high energy as they are still pretty young. I’ve taught them everything they know from sitting and shaking to walking good on a leash and catching a ball in the air and doing fun tricks. I’ve taught both animals to be gentle and loving to all living things from children to other animals. I have also always had cats throughout my life, and can give them lots of needed attention.

About: I've been an animal lover since childhood. Growing up, I was the one who cared for our family pets, and I would often volunteer at the local shelter with my grandmother. I've continued these experiences into adulthood, and spending time with animals remains one of my favorite pastimes I’m new to the city, so I am able to caretake full time. Should my schedule change due to work I will update my calendar accordingly. I am currently only accepting sitting in the clients home based sitting and home visits/walks while I settle in to my new home. I believe keeping our pets schedules and routines are important.
