About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 15 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish and do general housekeeping. I reside in El Dorado, but for the last year, I have been substitute teaching in the Wichita metro area. Therefore, I do have some flexibility in my schedule at this point. I’m able to do potty runs during the day provided the distance allows it. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. If needed, I can care for a single small-medium sized dog in my home, although the dog must be comfortable being on a leash as I do not have a fenced yard. Also, I am not a smoker or drinker.

About: I’ve helped care for a wide range of animals some being as young as a week old to being over 14 years old. I have loved caring for hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and the average house cat and dog. I have some free time with college classes being over for the summer and my student worker position that doesn’t require much of my time. So I would love to fill that time doing something I would love. At home I have a friendly and energetic blue heeler that loves to play ball and a senior orange tabby cat that is sweet but on his own time. I love caring and playing with them and any of my family and friends animals.

About: I've been an animal lover since I was four when my first dog came into my life :) I started pet sitting for family and friends when I was around ten, and it's been something I've loved doing ever since. I've cared for all types of pets - from puppies to senior dogs, cats of all personalities, turtles, fish, and even some farm animals! I have no problem giving medications - I've given insulin injections to diabetic dogs many times and understand how important it is to stick to medication schedules. I understand how pets thrive on their familiar routines and environment. I'll make sure to maintain their schedule and send you updates with plenty of photos while you're away :) I know firsthand that there’s nothing better than seeing your pets happy and relaxed when you can't be with them! I work remotely and choose my own hours, so my schedule is quite flexible! I’m a bit of a night owl naturally, so I especially love taking fur babies for evening walks, but any time I get to care for an animal is a great time :) I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, and everything in between for over ten years now, so I have experience handling almost every situation that could come about :) I’ve administered insulin via injection to dogs, fed both cats and dogs pills, cleaned up after them if there are any accidents, placed them in (and taken them out of) crates gently and calmly, and generally whatever was necessary to ensure that every pet in my care is happy and well taken care of.

My previous job was at a dog boarding facility which shows how much I love animals! They are all so unique in their own way! I am working full time but don’t worry! I have time in the mornings and nights to always be there for the furry friends! I have Sundays off and love to hangout and enjoy the weather! I have a fenced in dog park at my location but have had lots of experience handling dogs in backyards as my old home had half an acre yard. About: I grew up taking care of indoor/outdoor cats, and outdoor hunting dogs. I have 3 cats of my own currently and often sit for family and friends’ pets. I am currently in between jobs, so my availability is open to care for your pet. I am happy to do weekends, and can stay overnight if needed. Pet care will need to happen in your home, as my home is not suitable for boarding. I am comfortable with walking and crating and I am respectful while in someone else’s home.

“Wow! I can’t say enough about Miss Cassie. I have 2 medium sized dogs and a smaller dog I am fostering. From the moment I met her, I was put at ease. Cassie has a gentle, calmness about her that my dogs took to right away. They are a bit protective of us but melted in Cassie’s arm after the first initial barks. She visited our house twice a day and fed, played with and just loved on our dogs. She is very communicative and sent tons of fun pictures. I could not speak more highly about her pet skills, love of dogs and the way she kept us informed. I will be asking Cassie for help again in the near future, she ROCKS!
