About: I’d be happy to help care for your fur babies! I have experience with dogs and cats ranging from young to old and small to large. My dog is a lovable couch potato so I’d love to visit with pets who like to play, but I’m also experienced in senior dogs with more complex medical requirements. Welcoming to all breeds, especially large breeds, pit bulls, pets with special needs, and elderly dogs. I work a traditional 9-5 job, like many of my sitting clients, so your pets schedule may remain the same as it would when you’re home with them! I’m an early riser so I can let your pet(s) out a couple times in the morning, directly after work, and throughout the evening and night. On weekends, my schedule is completely open. For in home sitting, I follow whatever boundaries or guidelines the owner sets for safety in their home. I rely on owners to give clear instructions on how to best care for their pets.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats in our household and helped take care of them, feeding them and helping keep their space clean. I’ve also had my dog since she was 6 weeks and she lived to be 14 with a heart murmur. I trimmed her nails, gave her haircuts and bathed her. I also helped tend to her special diet and needs in her later years. I work part time and usually have some time each day for pet care, including any special care. I just like to know a couple days in advance so that I can be sure to manage my time wisely. I can walk dogs around my neighborhood or take them to a park nearby. There are several to choose from. I’ve also cared for dogs ranging from six months to 13 years old and I am comfortable with both energetic puppies and older dogs who need a slower pace. Tamra was a trooper. She had her hands full, taking care of 4 inside and 1 outside cat as well as dealing with an overprotective mama who was scared to death to leave her elderly kitties that need twice a day medication and her newly relocated outdoor kitty for a 2 1/2 week vacation. Tamra was able to give everyone their medications without the need of any assistance from my daughter who lives nearby and dealt with my outdoor kitty and his needs in keeping his routine as normal as possible, which was NOT easy!
