“Lily was GREAT with my 2 dogs, one of which is a puppy and requires more attention. She gave me updates on how they were doing along with pictures. Really put my mind at ease to see how well they were doing. Anyone would be happy to have her watch their animals.”

“Sasha was amazing! I needed a sitter due to a medical emergency, there were so many things at play to where I was out of town when our dog was ready to be picked up. My dad who was just recovering from surgery was not as fast he usually was post surgery. We had to coordinate and navigate a lot considering this was also our first time using Rover. Sasha was patient in navigating the frustrations with pick up. She was very hands on with our dog and communicated with us as we navigated his needs and this app for the first time. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. Thanks for your help Sasha and helping our family during this time and not having to travel 20 hours with our German shepherd. I cannot even imagine what that would have been like. We appreciate you!”

“Keitel was amazing and i'd highly recommend! Elio had a great time there and really appreciated the pictures and daily updates. He even took the extra time to help train our puppy which was much appreciated. Really thankful to have found this great place for our dog!”

“We are repeat bookers with Heather and her and her family always do a wonderful job. Our pup was well loved and was excited to see her again! Will be booking with Heather again in the future!”

“Kylie was great with our dog who was a little nervous at first being left in a different environment and meeting new doggie friends and a cat. Kylie took the time to let her get comfortable. Will definitely use her again”

“Samantha was great watching my cats last minute. She ensured they had a cooldown space and company when they were ready. On top of all that, she’s just super cool person.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Ron!! Our dogs love him and he goes the extra mile we are so grateful we found him!!! You will not be sorry if you pick Ron!”

“Hannah and Dylan are truly amazing!! They were so thoughtful and responsive! We received lots of updates and pictures of our dog! I will definitely be using them again!”

“We left our cocker spaniel, Honey with Aurora and her family for a few nights while we were away on a trip. We had the most at peace mind knowing our Honey girl was very well taken care of with pictures and videos! Will definitely be re booking for future trips! Thanks again ☺️”

“We have never left Walter with anyone and Tanya and her family took care of him like he was their own. She kept in contact with me to let me know how he doing which I greatly appreciated! He has lots of energy and he is a tired pup after his doggy vacation! We will be using Tanya again!”

“My Boots had a great stay with Debbie and she was so accommodating to her. I think she felt right at home and even had a couple playmates while at her house. Debbie even said Boots could come back for another stay when needed, so we will definitely be keeping her contacts for future use. Thanks for making Boots feel so welcomed while we were gone.”

“Eric and Halie were amazing pet sitters for my dog, Obi! Obi can be a bit anxious, but they were amazing at setting both him, and his mom, at ease! They kept me updated on how he was doing with pictures and messages every couple of days. They were also very good about this nervous mom and her first boarding experience. Very friendly. Wonderful sitters. 10/10”

“My dog was very well cared for and came home from his 4 day stay happy and tired! Halie sent pics and videos everyday. It was obvious he was very comfortable and felt right at home. He can be anxious especially when away from home so I am super happy with Halie!”

“Kylee was great with our dogs. One of our pups can get very anxious, but Kylee was so patient and loving with her. I got frequent updates and pictures. They always looked so happy!”

“AAA+ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This is the second time Meghan and her family kept our golden retriever, Wilson. We LOVE the care and attention he gets with them. He is still a puppy and, at times, a stinker, and they are very patient and wonderful with him! We get daily text pictures and updates so we can see him playing outside, inside, even on their bed, etc! It makes taking a family vacation easy! :) Last time Wilson stayed with them, he seemed to miss their family and was so excited when we took him back again. A huge thank you to Meghan and her fam for helping us out with our fur baby!!! Trust me, you will love this Dog Vacay family!”
“Chloe is the best. This is the first time I've used. Rover.com, so I was a little nervous. Chloe put me at ease and my cat loved her. I would definitely leave Sadie with her again.”

Many sitters in KS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
